I honestly dont see what the downside would be. We have the worst passing offense in the country right now. We still have a stable of young QBs on the roster that we need to evaluate before next season. If they are healthy I think we should have a gameplan in place to give multiple guys meaningful reps at QB each week for the rest of the season. Me personally, I don't like a 2 QB system so I am against your opinion. But if Coach Brown has decided to go in full blown evaluation mode because he has given up on the possibility of winning future games, then I am okay in evaluating how much difference in performance there is between all our QBs. Maybe White may endup being our worst passer because he has the least amount of game experience of the 3 QBs and need time to understand how to go through his progressions. This is similar to my redshirt question. We know the outcome of the season in that it is a losing season, therefore what is best for the football program and player development. Tough decision for Coach Brown. I like the question, but just disagree on this one.

I'm old and my short-term memory isn't as good but I do remember our first 3 games. And our QBs sucked. One QB's passing was so bad he threw most passes in the dirt. And the second quarter back couldn't distinguish our players from our opponents. Let's stick with the kid!

I'm old and my short-term memory isn't as good but I do remember our first 3 games. And our QBs sucked. One QB's passing was so bad he threw most passes in the dirt. And the second quarter back couldn't distinguish our players from our opponents. Let's stick with the kid! Yes, that tends to happen when your offensive line can't stop a fly and you running for your life. It's like we have a different team now. The first 3 games were played with the 2nd string offensive line and the last 3 games were played with the starting offensive line. If you know anything about football, you know that the QB, RB, and WR numbers will go down when going against the 1st string defense. That 1st string defense will destroy the 2nd string offensive if the coach tells the players to go all out. Man, you can say or confess that the defense is playing better than the earlier games but it is a sin to admit that the offensive line is playing better as well. Why? Because it may put doubts in your mind of how good White is "now not future" compared to the other QBs if everything was equal. White got to play in that 1st game and he did not look good either. Given 2 series in the UAB game these were his stats: 2 sacks, 1 incomplete pass where pass interference was called, and one called running play for 2 yards although total rushing yards for the game were -7 yards due to the sacks. Circumstances matter when evaluating talent which is my point. I am not arguing that White is not the best QB, I am just saying "I don't know at this point." Fortunately, it is not my job. Coach Brown has seen him in action at practices and games so I will absolutely yield to his decision without question. Again, I am against 2 QB system for this question.

STAY WITH THE PROCESS unless you planning on redshirting him

The process has currently resulted in the worst statistical offense in the entire nation.

With 5 games left, let's go to a 4-QB system. Play 'em all!

That is a losing formula. You need to establish building blocks. You have scene what the other QB's bring to the table and it is not acceptabel.

Once again, we are 1-5 with the worst passing offense in the nation. How is that acceptable?

Unfortunately, I don't know enough about what's going on in practice, how they're making their determinations, etc.
I do know I'm confused about why Brick isn't playing since the beginning of the NCCU game.
I think I've seen enough of Yeager, as I've said.

We don’t need to interfere with the growth of our QB, let him continue to learn and gain experience. Just find a receiver or two in that group of receivers that could be an Elijah Bell that knows how to go after the ball no matter how it’s thrown. No wonder we are the way we are after watching Keys, Belle, M Wilson, the #8 that was also a great kick/punt returner, you can go as far back as Rudy Artis, we’ve seen some great ones. KJ is gonna be fine, just need some time

Brickhandler has only played 4 and a half quarters this season. He has less turnovers than White and Yeager.
I still think we need to find out what we have in him.

What exactly is being suggested as a two QB system?
1. alternating plays? 2. alternating series? 3. alternating quarters? 4. alternating halves? 5. free style it? 6. just two? which two? 7. one guy gets 1st down, another 3rd down? 8. one guy gets 3rd down, another 1st down? (I guess that could be construed as the same as #6) 9. maybe no QB, wildcat it, with two TEs? 10. maybe we just stick with the continued growth and development of our best player at the position?
Going to a two QB systems (undefined) seems to imply being statistically last is soley a QB issue.
How about we purchase 2 jug machines for the WRs, or do we need 4? How about we go to only 2 WRs sets? How about we go to a two Offensive Coordinator system? How about we go to a two Head Coach system? How about we go to a two game system, play a game on Wednesday and play the same team on Saturday? How about we go with the continued growth and development of our best player at the position?

Once again, we are 1-5 with the worst passing offense in the nation. How is that acceptable? Who’s saying it is acceptable? Unless you’re in those coaching meetings, we can’t say for certain that it is. You have to be a fool to think this is alright and that our head coach feels the same. It’s just that they’re 6 games into this thing and they are not cutting bait with any coach now. And no one should be surprised if the exact same staff is coaching next October. It is what it is. Either support or find something else to do.

Yeah nothing KJ has done has warranted him time on the bench. The kid is a dynamic weapon that defenses have to account for plain and simple. He would have had his 3rd rushing TD last Saturday if it wasn't for the fumble in the end zone. The kid is playing his first year of college ball and is the only QB who has the poise to stay in the pocket, and the wheels to break containment if need be. He just needs help around him to make plays. We need to let him grow in this offense, he's the only one that gives me confidence at that position.

Who’s saying it is acceptable? Go back and look at the comment directly above mine.
