I honestly dont see what the downside would be.
We have the worst passing offense in the country right now.
We still have a stable of young QBs on the roster that we need to evaluate before next season. If they are healthy I think we should have a gameplan in place to give multiple guys meaningful reps at QB each week for the rest of the season.

I honestly dont see what the downside would be. >> The downside would be no more wins this season. Are you giving up for this season and looking towards next year ? The only reason White shouldn't play the entire game is he is hurt or we're winning by a butch.

^^^^ What he said^^^^. At this point we are overthinking things. We are in a rebuild and KJ White is the foundation. Let the kid learn the game and let's get some pieces around him. What I would be interested in seeing the direction we go in is what happens with YOung and Poole at the end of this season?

We are averaging less than 65 yards passing per game.
Why do you assume we would have less of a chance to win by playing more than one quarterback in the same game?
Numerous teams in college football have been successful with a 2 quarterback system.

No argument from me on 2 QBs at this point. Since it appears that all we doing this year is "evaluating". And I actually HATE a 2 QB system. My only exception would be to let White have one more full game first.

Tough question. Let say this we are down 13-3 heading into the second half you put in Brickhouse and he come hot and throw a couple of TD passes and help us win the game. Who do you start next week? If it not White could he come back and sit on the bench especially if he considered your future. Personally I would love brick or hooker to get a shot for a series.

Numerous teams in college football have been successful with a 2 quarterback system. Are these elite football programs or teams that can't find a QB? I know Leak and Tebow at Florida had some success, but they were transitioning and once Leak graduated Tebow was the undisputed guy going forward. And that's because Tebow was a legit college (lol) talent. Going with White, according to the staffs evaluation gives you best opportunity to win, and by product of him playing is preparing him for next 3 seasons with keys to the offense. Go through his struggles now and reap the rewards later once a season and spring under his belt and game slows down going forward. Side note - he kind of reminds me of Rondey Woodruff, with better arm talent and speed. #Free Kenji

If we've got a better QB sitting on the bench, by all means, bring him in and let him get some experience. But from all indications, we've already seen the other QB's, and they were not ready. Leave the kid in and let him get some more experience! Eventually, he's going to find a few more open receivers and I just hope they catch the damn ball!

We have not evaluated the other QBs with the improved offensive line all be it minor improvement. How would they perform if they were only sacked once the entire game?

Can we find someone that can catch first? I got it. Play them at the same time. Put Eli in the slot.
