Come dude, we don't anybody anything. It's the nature of the business. These folks know that up front when they go into situations like this. Either you win, and be recognized, or lose, and be fired (asked to step down).

I'll do a better job of proof reading before submission next time.

That's where you lost me. If anything, that clown should give us back something after the way he destroyed our program.

The new staff is diligently working on our past academic woes. Hopefully, they will be 100% successful (you all know how that goes).

Gator, at the risk of repeating my earlier statement, Bill Hayes gave more to A&T than anybody that ever will read this board did. If you don't think he's owed anything for that then you are not owed a salary for showing up for work everyday.
thrilla, at the risk of repeating my earlier statments, Small didn't hire himself. At what point are we going to quit blaming the people and start realizing that the blame should be squarely placed on the people that hire the people?
In any event, Hayes will get his due two-fold when we play Central. We'll honor him before the game and then Central will beat us as badly as they possibly can.
I'm betting the interview process for hiring Mose Rison went like this:
Hayes: Do you hate A&T? Rison: More than the devil himself. Hayes: You're hired.

4XL, we went 0-11 last year. Before that we went 3-8 and 3-8.
Now that's what I consider a destroyed program. Who should take the blame for that?
A. Small B. Fobbs C. Renick D. Charlie Davis E. Dee Todd F. Bornthrilla G. King Midas H. Todd Bozeman I. God
One of those people I just named has a lot of explaining to do.

This program was not destroyed, just delayed. Hell, there are probably some people you left off of that list. By the way, what kind of explaining do you want?

I pick choice C. He foolishly fired Hayes with nothing resembling a backup plan and now the only way we can win again is to appease Hayes with burnt offerings and accept behind whuppings every year Hayes is at Central. That started this whole mess.

No one who watched A&T football last season could honestly make that statement.

Short memory?

A bit of irony. Renick fired Hayes under the guise of him having a four-win season and we've averaged four wins a year since then.
Karma's a beyatch.
Who knows, maybe we'll win four games this year. If we do that would just be crazy.
