Looking at the picks it is clear that most of us see WSSU as our little sister school and most pickers have little respect for Rams’ head coach, Blount. WSSU has long been A&T’s little sister school but currently WSSU has a higher graduating rate and better retention rate. Plus WSSU has a 2-1 edge since the rivalry restarted 3 years ago. A&T beat WSSU in a close game last year but A&T had the advantage of playing a week before WSSU opener against the Aggies. When the Rams had the same advantage 3 years ago they blew the Aggies out in Aggie Stadium. WSSU finished stronger than A&T even though the Aggies had an energetic interim headcoach, Ragsdale, at the helm and Fobbs was a disgraced memory. WSSU defense also allowed fewer points against the conference power teams than did the Aggies last year. Don’t look for a lot of offensive fire power from either team. WSSU’s QB, Jarrett Dunston, can’t throw his way out of a wet tissue tent and Carlton Fears probably won’t have much time to see his receivers and will have hardly any time to set up and throw to them. Both offensive lines are questionable but I give the edge to WSSU thereby giving the rushing edge to the Rams. It will be WSSU defense with 8 returning starters and veteran headcoach Blount and his more veteran coaching staff who will rule the day. WSSU coaching will be quicker on the draw with getting plays in and making adjustments than first time headcoach, Lee and his staff. WSSU defense will cause turnovers and setting up short field opportunities for the Rams. Don’t get discourage it is only the first game of the season and the Aggies will get better as the season gets longer. The Aggies are definitely in better physical shape than they have been in years. WSSU Rams – 21 NCA&T Aggies - 7 Fears - 75 yds passing I was wrong and very happy that I was wrong. Aggie Pride! Coach Lee has done an excellent job getting these guys ready to compete. There is a lot to do and a long way to go but Lee has dug a foundation, and is laying the bricks. Great job Coach Lee.

All is forgivin an forgotten, now you see what some of us have known going into the season, now just think first game! Things are only looking up it was really suppose to be 40 to 10 but once again first game! A few adjustments here an there then watch out!
