The Understated Chess Player has won 200 Games! Think about that!
Congratulations Coach.
One thing that you can say..A&T’s Women’s Basketball has been been solid more than Not.

He really should be commended. He arguably has handled our transition from three conferences better than any of our other athletic programs.

coach rob is the truth! i'm a big fan. its pretty difficult to follow in the footsteps of an absolute "legend" (coach bibbs) but yet maintain if not "exceed" that legend's success which coach rob has done.
our women's basketball program is our most "consistent" and arguably our most "successful" athletic program since 2005 when coach bibbs first arrived. it was the "only" championship caliber program that we had during the fobbs years and coach rob has done a wonderful job maintaining the same success.
kudos to coach rob! job extremely well done...

Learned a lot about Coach when he did a WBB Coaches podcast during Covid. He made a pivot in the kind of player he recruited. He said he told his assistants not to bring him anymore players with "potential". They brought in a few players that could barely make it through summer drills and he vowed not to do that again. The things they are doing now are the things he always wanted to do but they didn't have all the pieces to execute it. Bracone, Dorsey and Harris are much better passers than we've had before on the same team. That's an overlooked aspect of the game that's making a difference for them this year.

I'm pleasantly surprised about how our young ladies are performing this year. Especially compared to what happened last year.
That said, I wonder where the naysayers about Coach Rob's sideline demeanor will stand concerning his accomplishments.

I always thought last year was a down year in Aggie Athletics due to our continued response to covid. Too many athletes sitting and missed practices. The train is back on the tracks now!

You can't see that! how so? i don't think he's changed at all, especially not on the sidelines. i've been happy with coach rob from the very beginning, though i prefer to see a more "energized" coach on the sideline during games. but that's not important to me as long as he wins and indeed he's winning...

Examples: He used to sit on the bench 80% of the time, he now stands and engages. He used to sub out after every mistake, he now has standing mini-coaching sessions while leaving the player in. He used to play through everything, he now calls timeouts more readily.
