Do we have a plan to keep Coach Rob as our women's program continues to become more competitive?

Do we have a plan to keep Coach Rob as our women's program continues to become more competitive? He is making more than some men's basketball coaches.

Do we have a plan to keep Coach Rob as our women's program continues to become more competitive? Do as any other legit mid-major would do. Offer him more and if we’re grossly outbid replace him with an improvement 🤷🏾♂️ We’re in the CAA now. Past time to start acting like it.

coach "t" rob is one of our very own! we should do everything that's reasonably possible to keep him in aggie blue and gold. so far since leaving the meac, hilton has not done a very good job of replacing head coaches, though track is doing okay.
personally, not only would i luv for coach rob to stay put for the long haul, but even more importantly, i don't trust hilton's hiring ability of a new head coach...

The other coaches that, I believe, have been replaced are: - Football (Brown) - Men's Basketball (Ross) - Softball (Gonzales) - Tennis (Bivens) - Golf (Clark) We haven't seen anything from the Softball coach yet. Are you saying you've already made determinations from one season of football and partial seasons of Men's Basketball, Tennis & Golf already?

norfolk "definitely" deserves the #1 ranking, not so sure about jsu or pine bluff at #2 and #3, but that's only because i don't really keep track of swac basketball...

ELON, NC – Senior men's tennis player Esteban Lopez's win over Elon's Daniel Martin, the reigning Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) player of the year, at the Elon Invitational on Saturday was not about beating a player with numerous accomplishments. For Lopez, it was about taking the next step to claim a few more accomplishments of his own. In beating Martin 7-5, 6-3, Lopez beat a player who went 18-6 as the Phoenix's No. 1 singles player last season.
