So does he still get gym access over the summer ? why is his access to corbett such a concern for you? there's no harm in allowing him access to corbett before he leaves. no need for "sour grapes" just because he's transferring, that's not a good look for our athletic department. show resentment just because an athlete transfers? that's "not" what aggies "should" do. thank him for his time served on our basketball team, wish him well and "move on". "hard feelings and resentment" are childish and low class...

If the gym is open for regular students to play ball then that same opportunity to should be afforded to all students Hence why I asked

If the gym is open for regular students to play ball then that same opportunity to should be afforded to all students Hence why I asked he's a former member of the basketball team who apparently has been granted access to corbett. he "is not" a regular student even though he's transferring. there is no good reason to suddenly deny him access to corbett except to show "sour grapes". and to show "sour grapes" makes our athletic department look "petty". other recruits see that and may not want to join an athletic department that shows resentment if for any reason they decide to transfer. basically what you seem to be saying is, if you're a basketball player at a&t who decides to transfer, then expect to get the "cold shoulder" from a&t if for any reason you decide to transfer. trust me, other recruits make a "mental note" of that. that is, if i accept an offer from a&t and later decide to transfer, they're gonna treat me like "shyt" because of my decision. that's not a good message to send out to other recruits...

I agree 1000 percent. So what if he still shot baskets in Corbett?

I asked because if he's longer on schlorship then he shouldn't be in the gym because he's not cleared. Having people who aren't cleared by our medical staff is one of the infractions that got Jones fired. He had a non medically cleared kid shooting in the gym after he was told not too. 2. It's 1600 kids in the portal. Plenty who need a schlorship and a chance to play. I'm not concerned about optics

Don't get it, seems like a lateral move but whatever... Competition or Coaching Staff? Competition, can't really gauge the coaching staff just yet.

I think in the guards positions definitely yes. The forwards positions yes . The center position for me is a question mark β in my opinion because Harry and the other big man that sat out do to injuries , have not been heard from or addressed by this board. Harry's graduating with 2 years of eligibility and I think the other kid has 3 . I hope someone asks Ross the 411 on those two players.
