I have no doubt that track helps anyone's speed, I do not think the track coach would want ALL the skill players on the team unless they actually had the ability to be contributors? His staff is also limited. For instance, what could he do with a Foster? Kindle? Lots of guys run in HS but do not have the speed to make a contribution in college. To me a better idea would be to have someone( Space use to do this) work on their speed apart from the track team
