Aggies just didn't execute well that day! I saw the week before, in Savannah, and knew if we play like we did then, we were going to get beat. And, we did! I was at that game also , and I said the same thing . We struggled early in that game against an inferior team , Broadway was livid on the sidelines . guys, i appreciate your comments. but please don't bring back those painful memories. took me a good couple of months to get over that tragic nightmare and ya'll are re-opening my wound. i thought i had buried that pain for good, clearly this doesn't help...

Water under the bridge as far as I'm concerned. 9-3? I'll take it. Spring practice starts the last week of next month. That's the only thing that really matters now.

Our QB competition will be a good one and the most important for the team, imho. Our QB play will be the X-Factor in whether we can win the conference out right, or not.

I always believed competition breeds success. I also feel we have 3 quality QB's in spring camp with a 4th arriving this August. I will leave it to the new QB Coach, whom I am very excited about to evaluate the talent we do have but he worked wonders with his QB's at Guilford College. If he could have success there, the sky's the limit in Aggieland. Personally, I want the best guy out there, regardless of seniority or "experience."

I refuse to drown in self pity. I've moved on. Can you?

Ain't no water under the bridge as far as I'm concerned...we owe them buzzards, big time. They pulled off the ultimate smack-down...knock us out of sole position of the MEAC title, with a team that had all but dominated other MEAC teams (except SC State) and have our top miracle runner fumble on the winning drive. No, I ain't forgetting that crap. And if we had a mens basketball team that could come within 30 points of them buzzards tomorrow night I'd be there to enjoy the revenge. But we will continue our losing ways to them buzzards until November 21st and then I will feel a little bit better.

I refuse to drown in self pity. I've moved on. Can you? Believe me, I've moved on.....that's why I haven't posted on this topic in 2+ months. Just keep it real......you weren't saying "9-3. I'll take it" on Nov 22nd after the game. That's like a die-hard Seahawk fan saying "14-5, Super Bowl appearance, I'll take it." It just comes off like you're rationalizing a bitter defeat. Maybe you do take it. 9-3, but with no sole championship and no playoffs......I don't know if I can completely "take it." And when you factor in the likelihood any future playoffs for any MEAC may be a thing of the past.....I just don't know if the words "I'll take it" are the ones that come to mind. But hey, to each his own......

One thing is for sure. ..if we got rid of Bustle and got another OC, I'm expecting a and better things on offense. So, I don't expect any kind of drop off offensively. Anything outside of an offensive domination, i'll be pissed. One thing I am looking for is working Cohen in the slot and our other rb in the backfield. We can still be a little more creative on offense.
