The coaches could have made some better calls, sure.... but those $ allow you to recruit a different level of QB versus making a guy who was projected to be a DB (Quick) and having to develop him into a QB, making it easier to make adjustments.... and bring in a higher caliber OL.... and better academic support to ensure we continue to graduate our kids.... and, maybe to hire an extra coach or two....among other things.... I know you're still upset about the game.... but if you can't see where those extra $ gives an advantage to us in the long-term, then you're just squawking and not helping.... and I don't have much time for you.... An OLE SCHOOL Aggie Pride to U 2. ? Aggie Pride is still a good thing, but the university rolled out the brand tagline "AGGIES DO" as a call to action. A part of the research for this showed that the "Aggie Pride" call, while well-known, did not result in a significant fiscal investment back to the school from the majority of people who use it. So.... providing increased vocal AND fiscal support of our alma mater.... THAT'S what AGGIES DO! That's the NEW SCHOOL..... I challenge you to step your game up on it....

The NCCU game will haunt me until we beat them next year. They took a first year coach and a less talented team and kicked our butts...and that worries me. And I hope it worries Coach Broadway too. So much so that he never lets it happen again. So much so that he builds a team next year that will beat NCCU like we beat Morgan this year. Then and only then will I get over this loss to NCCU.

They had talent in different positions, but were no less talented than us. Our team had a good season, but lets not forget the winning percentage of the teams we beat.

I disagree because, according to my father and uncles who follow NCCU closely, this game was the best game NCCU played all season. Our problem was not matching their level of intensity on the field. Then, when we were getting ready to get the momentum back on our side, the fumble killed us dead. But, to say we lost to a better team, I wouldn't go that far.

I'm not calling them better overall, but they were better that day. In my opinion, they played with more passion than us. I'm saying that we cant be saying that we are better than anyone when we TWICE did not take care of business. SCSU and NCCU. You are who you are. We deserved the 4 way tie. Fans generally like to say stuff like "we lost to a team we were better than". I dont necessarily believe that saying. They were better than you that day, which means they were better than you. You are what your record says you are.

When you have to evenly matched teams it's not who is the most talented but who wins the day. NCCU was the best team on that day in a close game. HELL the game could have gone either way. Also this new coach statement ? NCCU coach is a veteran coach with new players. Gentlemen this is not high school football.
