Hey whats good everybody.. the Machine will be moving to Section F for this upcoming Season and probably permantley. Athletic Director Hilton spoke to the Band on Monday, the day before our Concert. He shared the idea with they band and told everybody to try it out. This move is about selling more tickets and having reserved seating where the band usually had sat. But to my surprise pretty much all of us students were for the move.. There were alot of questions being brought up by the students on how we would march in after doing the star spangled banner on the field and etc etc...I commend Mr. Hilton, he seems like a cool guy. But the old spot where the Machine had sat will be Reserved seating once again. So I repeat the Move will take place immediatley come September... S/N over the Summer, Hilton mentioned that there may be some more work going on in the Stadium other than the press box

Section F is on the visitors side. Are you sure he said F? Also, will the visiting band remain in section A?

Props to A.M. AggieBlues and the rest of the #MovetheBand crew!
The power of BDV.com and the willingness of AD Hilton and the band to try something new.

i would've like to see section S or R...but lets see how this works... Same here, I was thinking Put the band in S and let the students fill sections T1 and R... if T1 is not season ticket holder territory already #TeamMoveTheBand

Me too.. I don't want our set up to be like SC State's having both bands so far away would suck I'd rather have the JSU (Across field close to bowl) setup vs the SC State setup (Diagonal, opposite endzones)...hey at least we don't have a full bowl and its setup like NSU (behind opposing endzones)

This is a classic example of how positive change is possible. I hope we have learned that to get things done we have to go to the decision-makers. Not only was I an advocate for it on here but I pushed the envelope with the ones who made the final decision!! Thanks for everyone who supported this idea. "Be the change" (Frank McCain-A&T Four)
