Did I have to clear Ham Fest with the AD for game operations for basketball?
Unlike most people, the red tape in Dowdy does not apply to BT.
You need to ask somebody who the hell I am.

have u cleared this with the the AD for game operations for basketball Why so concerned? I thought you said remaining at A&T would have been "career suicide." If that's the case, begone...

He is concerned because he wants to find out how BT is able to be BT.
In Aggie Paul's world he has to punch in on a clock and follow the rules that the powers that be assign to him. BT doesn't have to follow such rules. BT makes his own rules.

First off, it seems to me that nobody understands that Golden Delight and Blue Reign are two totally different types of dance teams so there will never be a comparison, and second it seems the people who always have something negative to say about Blue Reign know nothing about what they are talking about. People just always have to have something to do and I guess Blue Reign is all they have to talk about but I personally hope the girls continue on despite the haters out there that think they know what goes on but really don't!

wow! that is so funny! this is riiduculous. the girl of BR are mad talented. yall must not have seen their african performance at the basketball game last year or all of the years they have done lyrical, jazz, modern, ballet at the black history performances. the whole team!!! who wants to see jazz and tap at a basketball game. thats wack. b-ball games were wack until BR provided us with some aggie pride during halftime.... thats what they're all about... we want to hear hip hop and see a little show. please rwlaize those girls do a new show every game.. thats not easy when you're a full time student. please look a little deeper at them because you obviously havent been watching

one-i saw their african performance (upclose) and it wasn't that great...bent knees, flexed feet, etc. also seen them at young, black and gifted the past two years...again wasn't good enough to make up for years of bland hip-hop. two-i've done jazz, tap, lyrical, AND been en pointe to beyonce, india arie, jim jones, gucci mane, kanye, etc. at a basketball game in a gym full of black people. trust WE got more love after those games than any others b/c we showed up and out. so it's not wack if u do it right. three-yea, they're entertaining but they aren't well rounded (the point i was tryna make) four-a new routine w/ the same moves don't count, knee ups, quick feet, and punch hands are mediocre hip-hop moves that i've taught sixth grade hip-hop students in philly were im from. so...to make a long story short br isn't doing anything special or new...and that's why they should mix it up and completely impress the aggie student body. i know they are capable so...

We just have two different points of views on this one.
That's why we need to settle this on Feb. 2, 2009.

im a street dancer, streetz of the bronx, ny, nobody should have to teach you how to dance.... training is for GD. dance is an art, it comes from the heart! that's why BR rules!!!!! if you gave GD BR choreography it would look maybe okay cuz it wouldnt be heartfelt .... if you gave BR GD choreography they'd freak it. Im just sayin... some of my peeps saw blue reign and they could hang wit us. maybe you should start a dance team. you sound like you know what you're talkin about. you sound good and trained. I've battled the best and i'll watch BR anyday. but everybody's different.

BUT if u've never had formal training try all u might ull never be as good as someone who leaves ballet class and goes to the club an hour later b/c jambres can't be learned on the street, neither can many other moves that make dancers the best athletes. the best dancer i no is my friend rissa and she got started on the streets, and never had a lesson until high school when she could afford it. she's like number 2 in the nation now. but starting a dance team?? not for me. too much drama. i'd rather try out for e gwynne the next time they have auditions. unfortunately past injuries keep flaring up.

We just have two different points of views on this one. That's why we need to settle this on Feb. 2, 2009. Why Feb 2, by the way? There's no home game that day. Shouldnt the competition be at halftime of one of the b-ball games, like Howard or Norfolk or something?
