Cheyney was not very good last season at 5-21. Definitely take them seriously but we need to win this by at least 30pts.
A ouple DI hbcu’s have already been upset by our lower division cousins so I'd like to see us approach this with the mosquito / sledge hammer mindset.
Is this an exhibition?

praise the lawd!! finally something to take my mind off of football. let the games begin!! and yes, we should "mop the floor" with these guys. not saying we should take them lightly and a head coach should never say this, but we should be able to take cheyney lightly and still "blow them out". now, had this been last year's team, i wouldn't be singing the same tune.
but shoot, the best two words i've ever heard glasper speak so far was, "i'm 100%"! if he's 100%, its gone be a very fun doggone season cuz he's got some dudes on the bench who can more than adequately back him up. shell is gone have a "field day" feeding these guys. our back court is gone be darn near "unstoppable".
let's go!! please bring "happiness" back to aggieland and help us put this "nightmare" football season behind us...

disappointed with our "intensity" on defense, but i believe its because the guys know they're playing a lower division team (d2). so i'm gone give 'em a pass tonight, but can't play this kinda "soft defense" against d1 teams...

This team is fun to watch.
The new guys that have played look pretty good.
Kudos to the Strength and conditioning staff. A few of the guys have really changed their bodies.

i like that we started the season against a d2 team, gives the returning players a chance to form "chemistry" with the new guys without jeopardizing the outcome of the game. things get serious in our next game against wake forest, but playing cheyney for the season opener is a good "stress free" warmup game to start the season...

don't know why coach ain't going "deeper" into his bench. this is the perfect game for coach to give his extended bench some real game playing time...
