Don't recall attaching you. Just made a suggestion to posters on that topic. Why not schedule an appointment with the coach and ask him questions about any concerns you or anybody else may have about his style of running a basketball program. So sir, if that is not possible, take a time out.

To me there is zero information out their right now to judge Coach Ross on his style of running A&T basketball program.

i "suspect" that coach ross has already assembled his coaching staff but as someone else alluded, perhaps the paperwork/hiring process has not been completed yet. unlike football, putting a basketball coaching staff together doesn't take very long. personally, i have "zero" worries regarding coach ross assembling his coaching staff.
just like we knew who our new head basketball coach would be long before it was officially announced, i'm confident that coach ross knows who his assistants will be long before it will be officially announced...

Would not surprise me if he hired Kam as a graduate assistant. Would be good move also could help with recruiting in the triad.
We get alot good football players from area schools but I don’t remember the last b-ball player that played significant minutes for T that came from an area school other than Kam Langley

I ran across the below comments while looking for information to support comments in a football thread. I remember some mentioned the lost of so many players to the portal "might be" a good thing for the new coach because he can rebuild with his own players. Below is one coach's opinion, but it is a good warning how significant transfers have become to team's success. If you read the entire article, it talks about illegal recruiting by schools and P5 poaching mid-major players. On the heels of the NCAA’s decision to allow college athletes to freely transfer and play immediately, Greg Kampe has a message for basketball coaches everywhere: Change the way you recruit or see your career go up in flames. “If you are building for the future,” the longtime Oakland men’s coach says, “you’re going to lose your job.” www.si.com/college/2021/04/14/ncaa-transfers-rule-change-football-basketball

He did bring a young coach with him, and the young coach brought his lovely lady friend. Why don't you guys take a time out. Let the coach run his program. Get his feet wetter. Then come out at him with all of your questions and/or suggestions. He will be wise, if he tunes some of you out.
