That was the 400 meter final : that was Hayles first competitive race in 2 years and Chamber has a PR in the low 46s so there should be a lot of improvement. 45.37 is not bad for a first outing. He will dip into the high 44s in a couple of weeks. |

there should be a lot of improvement. sure do hope so cuz 49's won't cut it... One is a RS Freshman and the other is a sophomore. They will show improvement as the season get into full swing first meet jitters makes you run tight sometime . |

We did not run our 4X4 A Team so we will have to wait on an NCAA qualifying time
