In a meet Jan 23, 2021 Stokes and Young who were on the team with Stewart and Ross ran 47.4 and 48.7 in their season opener .. Not sure what their splits were on the 4x4 but they did improve.. Young did not run Saturday but he is on the team .. So I will wait a little longer to worry. . Of course , I thought/ hoped the new guys would be in the 47s in their openings meet. lol, as long as coach ross is our coach, i'm not worried...

The Clemson Meet wasn’t initially on the Indoor schedule, iirc. I always thought South Carolina’s meet was the first meet. Perhaps if this was the case, Coach Ross used the Clemson Meet to get the team some prep work.

Knowing Ross, he wanted to run with University of Texas to gage where his team was.
