The new 4x4 relay team will have Ross-Stokes-Hayles-Chambers; FLA Texas, and Georgia will be in the heat with NCAT so it looks like we have two newcomers to the 4x4 relay team in hayles and chambers. hopefully there won't be a drop off without stewart and sirleaf... |

Ross appears to have put on some muscle. He looks strong and Stokes too.

Ross - 45.37 Stokes - 46.71 Chambers- 49.43 Hayles - 49.90 wow, those 49's aren't very impressive. we'll have a very difficult time defending our 4x400 relay national championship with those numbers... |

That was the 400 meter final : that was Hayles first competitive race in 2 years and Chamber has a PR in the low 46s so there should be a lot of improvement.
