There’s only 1 person who’s a savior, and that’s Jesus. I don’t want anyone thinking Duncan Powell is gonna come in here and turn our program around180 degrees when he sets foot on the floor. The same thing goes for the UCF transfer. Our collective basketball program has to get better. One player can help, but isn’t the sole answer. While I agree with you 2 players in basketball can make a difference. 2 players is almost 50% of the players on the floor. It is just easier for 1 or 2 players in basketball to make a very significant impact. Two players are just two players in a dysfunctional system like A&T has . Look those two talents are worthless unless TV Dinner Jones can not get them to play as a Unit . They maybe able to score a lot of points but a functioning unit against a dysfunctional unit the Functioning Unit playing NSYNC will win 99.9% of the time. |

I think Chancellor Martin, Earl Hilton and Brian Holloway need to sit down over the holidays and rethink our overall athletic department communication plan.
This entire Powell introduction has been mismanaged about as bad as our 2021 spring football season.
Radio silence from the athletic department website on his playing status ... and now we are left to piece together clues from A&T Roy and Powell's NIL deals.
This is not how competent universities are supposed to move.
