What I’m saying is Chancellor Martin said these things during the Alumni Meeting last night. The Chancellor is on the UNC System committee over their Covid19 response and is getting info from the state and the Governor. As a result, our openings will be in line with the state’s reopening levels, including a level 4 that’s aligned with student move-in. Another telling thing is that students that elect online learning this year won’t pay any fees, which includes the $830 athletics fee. status from the state and the unc system can change too, and quite frankly will likely change to some extent if not completely. "nobody" can predict where things will be in 3 months, that's why hilton was unwilling to commit to anything beyond the current day which was very smart on his part... . Wow looks like it's going to be a mess. The student athletic fee will be a major impact upon the bottom line. With this information students are being shafted particularly when they have to go online for ticket access. But my prayer is that things work out for the best. But once again this virus's trajectory is has too much uncertainty which give pause for caution in planning purposes. Good luck.!

Just read an article with Chancellor Martin saying playing football is "highly likely" this year.
However, he said our scheduled games with Shaw, Liberty and NDSU might not be played because we need time to practice and the season may not start until September in front of a small crowd.
He said we play only conference games if this scenario occurs.
