I think you had to register in advance to be able to join the call but I am not sure (I pre-registered).
I was shocked that they answered my question I submitted about OOC scheduling in football once we join the Big South. Impressive...

Earl Hilton, Coach Washington, Jalen Fowler and Mac McCain were in attendance: - Plan is for there to be a season in the fall
- Limiting the capacity of fans in the stands (amount TBD)
- The two main tailgate lots will be available
- Type of PPE that will be required is TBD
- Working on a streaming package for fans not comfortable coming to the games
- Coach hasn't received any concerns from parents
- Kids are working out on their own in open parks
Bornthrilla is gonna be happy.

It was a very informative podcast. I'm pleased as punch that we have Earl Hilton running the show. Glad to see NCCU will definitely remain on our schedule every year as well as plenty of other MEAC teams in non conference games in both football and the other sports once we move to the Big South next year.
It will most likely be posted up later on this evening on YouTube.

The only thing I would change is the tailgate idea. That might have to be a casualty of social distancing.
Also, I would go to a barcode only ticket system like they do for the Celebration Bowl. No more walk ups.

It might just be season ticket holders and an x amount of students. But, I agree no walkups.

Hell, they could just raise the ticket prices another $5 and that will ensure nobody from the local community will show up.

Students, AAF donors, and season ticket holders will certainly be automatic as far as being on list of spectators who will be allowed in as long as there is a social distancing requirement in effect.
You're probably right in that walk-ups will not be allowed this season.
Just speculating here but I strongly suspect there will be a preset limit on the number of tickets made available to the general public not to exceed half the capacity of the stadium and that all general admission tickets (10,750 cap) will need to be purchased in advance.

No more walk ups. I thought about the same thing, concerning tickets. They will need to be purchased in advanced with specified seating already being designated. And I don’t know if I would even sell to any visiting fans. They are already talking about this type of thing over on the NBA side. I am no longer an insider, but I do get updates every couple days. The face of sports will definitely change for at least a year or two.

A&T is not in any position to turn away any paying customers, fans from visiting teams included. The school is gonna have more expenses and less revenue because of the pandemic as it is.
They are gonna have to invest in PPE, health screeners and more stadium personnel to ensure that everything flows smoothly.
I dont really think yall understand just how much of a financial blow this thing has already landed, especially with all the refunds A&T had to pay out at the end of this past semester.
If 22,000 people buy their tickets online this fall and show up to the stadium with a barcode, 22,000 people will be allowed in.

It’s not going to be A&T’s or any other state school’s individual choice. Whatever the state guideline is (no large gathering, only a certain amount of people per square feet, etc...) is what they will have to go by.
Right now Hilton has said that there will have to be a limited amount of fans in the stands and we will have the firm number before they start selling season tickets in June.
Just like you said to go by what he said in regards to revenue and the Big South, that’s what he said about attendance at the games this year.

Another thing to keep in mind is that many of our AAF members and season ticket holders are older alums who would fall into the "high-risk" category when it comes to COVID. How do we handle that situation and do we only try to sell tickets to younger, healthier fans?
Obviously, you don't want to blatantly discriminate against your most loyal supporters, but if you are prioritizing seating space and capping attendance, who gets left out?
