I attended the games yesterday at Norfolk. Yes, we still have much work to do.

I understand that a few people support it. A few people support the war in Iraq too. My question is Why? Who is it good for? I just want rational thought. Based on emotion, I would sign it. I went to school with Mo. We went to high school in the same area. Once you get to know him, you like him. But, rationally speaking, why is it smart for the man? It's like raising your hand and asking to jump on a plane that's falling out of the sky.[/quote] BULL!!! Mo is a grown man. He can judge and evaluate for himself. We believe he will be a quality coach that will be a great asset to our football program. So, make him an offer...if he accepts, fine; if he doesn't, so-be-it. It sure won't hurt to make an offer.

Mo will be a great asset to our program but he will not have the impact you expect. Leadership starts at the top. The kids DO NOT RESPOND to Fobbs because he sells wolf tickets. How, How, How do you go 0-22 with the Aggie Program. If you attended any games last year, you know in your Aggie Heart that our coaches lost those games.... Yes we were close, and when its close then its the coaches fault. I respect Mo, but he is one staff to early and one season to late. hamwalker, give it a rest! The guy is gone...that's probably one of the few positive things Fobbs has done...probably should have done it long before now. So, let it go. Let's work to get Mo on staff, and encourage Fobbs to get rid of any other dead weight (if any exists) while he's at it. I feel something good happening here. Let's focus on getting our school back where it belongs...on top! AGGIE PRIDE!!!

THIS, IN MY OPINION, IS A SMART MOVE...GET RID OF THE DEAD WEIGHT RIGHT FROM THE JUMP! FAMU Sports

Florida A&M Athletic Director Bill Hayes has fired three key administrators within the department, including former head baseball coach Joseph Durant.
It was the first significant personnel changes Hayes has made signs being hired last month. Durant was reassigned to the position of Facilities Coordinator this summer after being replaced by Robert Lucas as the school's head baseball coach.
ADVERTISEMENT Hayes also fired Senior Associate Athletics Director for Operations and Compliance Robert Raines and Associate Athletic Director of Academic Services E. Dwayne Robinson.
Both Raines and Robinson were hired by former athletic director Nelson Townsend, who resigned last month.
Hayes said their responsibilities for all three positions will be reassigned to staff within the department already.
"We are in the process of restructuring our administrative staff as we continue to move forward with our goals to become a better athletic department," Hayes said Wednesday. "We will continue to look to make the necessary changes to improve as a department and to improve how we serve all of our athletic programs."

I, too, agree with you krazykev!! As a retiree, I tutor math under Title 1 here in Virginia and I know of several students at the school where I work who have said they plan to go to NCA&T, not knowing that I'm an alumnus. They don't care about the football team except for one who is one heck of a football player (a junior) but has family who are alumni of the "T".

EXCERPT FROM ANOTHER THREAD...
And that would be the last great memory for the Aggie program for a while as teams like Hampton, Florida A&M and others would roar pass North Carolina A&T. The Aggies were simply an afterthought in the MEAC race. They hit rock bottom four years ago when they went 1-26 and lost all 14 of their home games.
Enter former Louisville great Jerry Eaves, who came to North Carolina A&T in the spring of 2003 for his first head-coaching job. He would begin the painful process of trying to bring the Aggie program back.
Eaves would do it the hard way. No quick fixes. Build with freshmen, take a transfer here and there, but do it the right way.
It wasn't easy for Eaves, because like most teams in the MEAC, the Aggies had to play a demanding non-conference schedule to make money for the athletic department to sur-vive. They won just three games in his first year and then got six wins the next two seasons.
Finally last year, Eaves got to see some results. North Carolina A&T was one of the most improved teams in the country as the Aggies finished with a 15-17 overall record. The 15 wins were as many as North Carolina A&T had won the previous three years. Eaves' club advanced to the semifinals of the MEAC Tournament, where it lost a close game to even-tual champion Florida A&M.
And it could be like the old days this season. The Aggies return three starters and 11 letter-winners from last year's club. Everyone you talk to in the MEAC expects North Caro-lina A&T to be one of the teams to beat this year. Eaves expects his club to be a contender, as well.
''This year is a year where we definitely do have an opportunity,'' Eaves said. ''I think that we're one of the top three teams in the conference. That's the first time I've been able to say that in five years.''
EVEN THOUGH I'M AS FRUSTRATED AS THE NEXT, I CAN'T HELP BUT WONDER IF WE ARE BEING FAIR TO FOBBS. CONSIDERING WHAT HE HAD TO WORK WITH AFTER SMALL WAS LET GO, ARE WE GIVING HIM TIME TO BUILD HIS PROGRAM AS WE'VE GIVEN EAVES?? LET'S HEAR SOME CONSTRUCTIVE THOUGHTS ON THIS.

The BC girls look nice. But, why didn't you take more pics of our AGGIE girls, and showing their faces for those of us who rarely get to see games live and up close? Yet, you did a great job anyway.

Naw, I aint drinkin. Hail naw I aint smokin! A&T 26 BCC 19 If true, that would be great! However, I don't see it happening, and Fobbs' window of opportunity here at the "T" is closing fast.
