I understand that Mo is itching to get back into coaching and already helped out a lot this past offseason with recruiting . Dude is an A&T legend who knows what it takes to get to the next level. Plus he is tough as nails and won't take any crap from anyone.
I say hire Mo as running backs coach/recruiting coordinator and move Rags over to special teams coach/football ops or something.

You are right about Mo thrilla, he does want to come back to "Aggieland" and he did help with recruiting this year especially down east. For the last 3 or 4 years Mo coached back at his old high school in Halifax county, so he knows a lot of the coaches down in that area. Rags would make a good special teams coach. When Rags played pro with Tampa Bay he played RB, DB, and he ran back punts and kickoffs. He has the knowledge and the experence.

Works for me. Plus Mo got his degree, stayed out of trouble, got a MEAC championship ring, played in the pros, and he's smart as hell. Didn't he help design the drainage system for the field or was that an urban legend?

I can tell you one thing: all that laying down in the second half of games will cease on Mo's watch.
Either give 110 percent at all times or Mo will snap your neck.

Mo got his degree in Bio-Systems Engineering or something like that. I know it was some heavy sh-t.

Thrilla now that we have those 67 linemans in the house we don't have to worry about our RB laying down anymore.

Mo will be a great asset to our program but he will not have the impact you expect. Leadership starts at the top. The kids DO NOT RESPOND to Fobbs because he sells wolf tickets. How, How, How do you go 0-22 with the Aggie Program. If you attended any games last year, you know in your Aggie Heart that our coaches lost those games.... Yes we were close, and when its close then its the coaches fault. I respect Mo, but he is one staff to early and one season to late.

I don't know what games you were watching but I saw some sorry play on the field. I also witnessed coaches and other players upset at the play on the field. (Howard, SC State, and FAMU)

I meet Mo one time and I think he is a great guy just not sure he will give us what we need from a coaching stand point. I think there is a place for him in the program just not sure where.

What are your reservations about Mo?

People might not remember but Mo was a volunteer coach with Small. Mo might not be a panacea for our team but he would bring a lot of knowledge to a team that needs anything they can get right now. If we don't get him Bill Hayes will, whether in football or in the AD's office.

Is he (Smith) coaching now? Do you think any coach would listen to a petition in hiring a coach? News and Record article would say " Aggies hire coach under pressure from BDV"

That's pretty much how I see it.
