I think people will care about the games but they have to get engaged first with chats, dances, song etc.....I think its the whole empty club parking lot scenario. When you want to go out for the night and you pull up to the club and there are no cars in the parking lot you leave. I think that is the major problem at A&T. Students are not showing up for home games and with more of the students showing up for games having a better game day experience they are more likely to show up upon graduation. Hence your student section will bring more fans to games in the future this is how you increase the attendence yearly just my humble opinion. Every fan has their likes and/or reasons for coming to the game and enjoying it. I cant argue with you on that because every avenue should be addressed. I agree that Building FUTURE die-hards is key. I mentioned before that recent grads need to be marketed to. A lot of them stay in Greensboro for a little while after graduating, but they now have to pay to get in.

JSU would be good, but look at the money we would shell out, Travel, Hotel, Food. It would be a good rivalry but I would the revenue generated be beneficial or would we just spend it all when we go to them? as for preference of firing Phil before Eaves there is no question that a loosing coach should be canned before a ineffective marketing/sponsorship head. Eaves doesn't do anything magical in finding money games. A new face as HC would probably bring in just as much or if not more revenue for basketball. Just for clarity. Phil McAlpine is the Director of Development and Lori Dobbins is the Assistant Athletics Director for Marketing. You and i both know if Phil don't like it , then it is shot down. She is just filling a position
