Potentially down the road in a couple of years perhaps but big drops of sure TDs against Howard then again against Elon and FAMU pretty much did it for me. His footwork was simply awful.

I like Brett Fisher a whole lot better than Spane. He looked good in the spring game catching ball in a crowd and not afraid of contact with decent speed for a tight end. Spane did drop to many touchdowns last year

Remember that Spane is only 18...And really shouldnt have been playing last year...

Jaffe, you make more lame excuses than the White House press secretary.

BTW: If Fobbs would have red-shirted Spane last season, you would be the same guy bashing him for not being able to evaluate talent and not playing his best athletes.
Guys like you have already decided Fobbs is a bad coach and now are just looking for any thing you can to support that claim.
I'm sorry your boy Small got canned and you boy Will Johnson got kicked off the team, but get over it.

I dont wanna get myself banned for expressing opinions...As this is a message board...But who ever said Small was my boy and Will Johnson was my boy? There are very few 18 year olds that can come in and play effectively against grown men...Thats the point that I was trying to make..I think Spane did a good job holding his own considering...Dont wanna offend ya buddy, youre kinda sensitive these days...

Opinions have always been welcomed on this site. Its the pathological lying that I am getting fed up with.
You should at least be man enough to apologize for leading people to believe that certain players on our team where not enrolled in summer school and not working hard to maintain their eligibility. What did Sagote ever do to you for you to wanna assassinate his character like that? Those are the type of lies that are extremely reckless.
That was not your opinion. That was your imagination.

Sagote is one of our best lineman and in no way was I trying to assassinate his character. When this thread was started, it was first session of summer school, in which many players were not in attendance. Promises to pay for both sessions of summer school for players was made during spring practice, then later recanted by the staff b/c of monetary issues. Its not his fault nor the fault of any other player that thought that their summer school tuition would be provided, and then fell through.

So are you now admitting you lied about having knowledge that Sagote was not in summer school?
Dude, please stop while you're behind. Have you ever tried to post anything remotely positive about A&T football?
Why do you even mascarade like you're an Aggie fan. No one seems to get more enjoyment out of posting bad Aggie news than you do.

When you made the comment jaffejoffa second session of summer school had already started and Sagote was on the 07 Roster. I think that is the point that Thrilla is trying to make to you.

DOOMS you should not speak unless you know what you are talking about, Truesdale is not slow as molasses. he is not the fastest back on the team but he would give then each a fit in the forty In high school he ran the hundred for Andrews "10.8" and ran the forty in" 4.45".

My mistake. It's just from where I was sitting he looked as slow as your response to the original statement. It took me a half hour to find where I typed it.
He probably looked slow to me because I was drunk when I saw him. Carl Lewis in his prime looks slow under those conditions.
As long as you're here, why doesn't he get more carries? I saw his name in the Spring '07 A&T today for being on the honor roll or something. He's got good size, he's fast ('cept when I'm drunk), he's clearly very intelligent, we never hear of any negative incident about him, yet he had to walk on and is buried on the depth chart. He's the kind of recruit I'd think we'd want to showcase.

Fobbs is loaded at tailback with size and speed so Truesdale been moved to fullback for '07 which may be more natural for him since he's up in bulk so he and Trey Green will split time. I don't think his forty is of any consequence at this point but his blocking ability is thus the move.

That's good to read. He's a "glue player." The type of player everybody on the team should aspire to be and deserving of some serious p.t.
