Regardless, it should come at a much cheaper cost now.

since they're way overdue and don't appear to be in such a big hurry, why do i get a sneaky suspicion that our costs won't be reduced at all...

But that's not right. Is there no clause about failure to complete project on time

I think in April the cost projection went from $3.2 mil to $4.9 mil because of the increased cost of steel and concrete. Any costs associated with missing deadlines would be additional. The project was slated to start in January but didn't start until the end of March so it started almost 3 months behind. There may or may not be any penalties associated with it.

It seems they have stopped working again.
This is the worst construction job ever. I would not want Kembridge to build my son's tree house, let alone another project on campus.

It seems they have stopped working again. This is the worst construction job ever. I would not want Kembridge to build my son's tree house, let alone another project on campus. Looking at Kembridge they had the following statement which I found very strange. Since 1948, Kenbridge Construction has established a reputation—built on the ideals of integrity, dependability, and trustworthiness— I found their use of the word 'dependability' to be very strange when it comes to our press box.

Idea.... why doesn't someone Email Kembridge and ask them what the hold up is. Arent we paying for the press box?

I walk around the track at the stadium almost everyday and they are always working when I am over there. There are people working over there on the weekends also.

Not that im complaining because we clearly missed the entire football season with the project...but, You'd swear we were building a new stadium with the pace that this box is being built...

This is really getting to be ridiculous. I'm over there at least twice a week picking up my son and I just don't see where a lot of progress has been made since the season has ended.

There has been plenty of progress made and they continue to make progress everyday. Why is it so imperative that this press box be completed by now? At least we know it will be ready by football season (maybe ;D)!!!
