there was a gap in talent but not nearly as wide as it looked. LMAO. Dude...get real. Silly FANatics and the silly comments they make... LSU is one of the TOP programs in the country. They are ranked #5 in the country. If I am not mistaken, is this not the same LSU program that went to the FINAL FOUR FIVE TIMES IN A ROW in this past decade??? Look folks...there is nothing wrong with getting behind your alma mater and supporting your team passionately....but its comments like Oleschool's that border on the insane and would get you laughed off any sports talk show or forum where people are discussing sports. The Lady Aggies came, they competed, and we are damn proud of what they have accomplished under the leadership of Coach Bibbs during the past few years. But plain and simple, we got our azzes whipped by a top five program in the country that has been a top five program in this country for the last decade or so. Stop trying to make it something other than that....because when you do...you look foolish. did you see the game, freeze? apparently you didn't! are you trying to tell me that if you're 15 pounds plus overweight you're capable of playing your best? because if your answer is yes, then you're the one that's foolish! last year we played florida state in the ncaa's, one of the top ranked teams in the country and the acc's tournament champion. we loss by 12 points! so you think lsu is 30 points better than last year's acc champs? the answer is hail no! the fact is that we're not 42 points "less talented" than lsu, period. lsu did not have a height advantage over us. so if you think their players are 42 points more talented than us and we aren't capable of scoring more than "10 points" in the first half against them, then you're the one that's out of your friggin' mind! coppin state played #7 ranked west virginia last week and coppin was only down by 14 at the half and loss by 24. now that's against the 7th ranked team in the country and based on your logic in terms of talent gap, coppin should've loss by at least 40! naw, you're the fool and its a slap in the face to the ladies to suggest they're 42 points less talented than lsu...

See...its comments like this that have caused me to stop taking black college sports fans seriously. You need a reality check bruh. You have such a myopic view of Aggie sports that you can't see or maybe wish not to see the bigger picture. West Virginia and Florida State...are not LSU dude. I didn't watch the game and I didn't have to. Let me tell you what I do know. I know that in the last decade, LSU has been in top echelon of women's basketball in the same breath with Connecticut, Tennessee, Stanford, and a small handful of others. Yet your silly a$$ wants to pop off at the mouth in an online sports forum that the talent gap between LSU and our beloved Lady Aggies is not that wide. Negro please. I can see why yall would drive Aahhbigboy crazy. LMAO.

I didn't watch the game... and that's where i stopped reading! if you didn't see the game, then you're making an "ignorant" post. you didn't even see lsu's team and you're making a blatant assumption!

look, some of you may be offended because i called our ladies out of shape. well, there's not too many others on this site who are more supportive of the lady aggies than i am. so i'm not just arbitrarily stating that they're out of shape for no reason. but i'm not gonna sit here and see an obvious problem and act like it's not. i'm not trying to hurt anyone's feelings, but sometimes young adults need tough love.
as a former college athlete, as a former coach, and as a present fitness trainer, i know for a fact what it means to be out of shape and what it means to be in tip top shape. i know for a fact that you cannot perform anywhere near your peak performance if you're out of shape! these are "facts" folks! not an opinion!
"anyone" that tells me conditioning does not have a "major impact" on an athlete's performance does not know jack about the energy level of an athlete! carrying extra weight doesn't necessarily mean you're out of shape, but it's a very good indicator. and in basketball, it means everything in the world! think about it? how many of the best basketball players, men or women, at any level, are overweight? how many guys on eaves roster are overweight? how many guys on bozeman's roster are overweight? how many guys on fang's roster are overweight? name "any" nba or wnba all star or ncaa all american who's overweight? name any olympic sprinter who's overweight? name any olympic swimmer who's overweight? the answer to all of those questions are the same. none!

LMAO. well, mr. smart azz, explain why our ladies only scored "10 points" in the first half? you think we're not talented enough to score more than 10 points in the first half against lsu? i mean, one less free throw and we're going to half time scoring an embarrassing 9 points in the first half! and you think its because lsu is that much more talented than us? you think lsu's defense is so good, that we can't even make more than 5 baskets in the first half? man, you're trying to call me a fool? naw, i think the shoe goes on the other foot...

Log off dude. You've proved post in and post out that you are simply a "homer" and would probably think that any Aggie athletic team had a legitimate shot at knocking off any top program. It's like comparing checkers to chess dude...and you lost. This ain't middle school ball. You look at the court and see five black girls against five black girls and simply think that we should be able to compete. Simply put, there is a reason those young ladies signed with LSU and are recruited by top programs across the country. If there is any sport in the NCAA where the "talent gap" is extremely wide....it's womens basketball Einstein. When's the last time you saw a cinderalla crash the final four of womens basketball or even the elite eight??? I'll keep waiting for your answer. But I will let you continue to think that conditioning was the main problem with us getting blown out by LSU. Your tv or laptop must be located in your anus because post like these suggest that's where your head is.

Hey Thrilla...if you want to threaten to ban people off this site because they raise critical points about our sports programs, then you should also consider banning people who make Aggie sports fans look uninformed, unrealistic, and foolish.
Oleschool...try taking this "the talent gap is not that wide between LSU and A&T" argument outside of BDV.com and see how quickly you are laughed off of cyberspace. It's just ridiculous....period.

Oleschool...try taking this "the talent gap is not that wide between LSU and A&T"... and if you can't see that there's a "big difference" between the two quotes, then that explains why you make so many ignorant statements...

and if you can't see that there's a "big difference" between the two quotes, then that explains why you make so many ignorant statements... Lol....okay dude. even though we had ample open looks, there was a stretch in the first half where our ladies shot 1 of 21 ( 4.7%) from the floor, we go over 11 minutes without a single score, with 3 minutes left in the first half we had more turnovers (13) than points (7), tweet makes a shot "at the buzzer" just before halftime otherwise we only have 8 points at the half, we finish the 1st half with more turnovers (14) than points (10), and even lsu's radio announcers said the lady aggies looked tired and out of breath. yet, your dumb azz (despite not seeing the game) thinks we shot that poorly because lsu is 42 points more talented than us! man, what an idiot...
