Ahhh Wart it's nothing like that. The more I thought about it this site is for you guys to lie and think you know everything. Me getting on here is really bad because yall need to put words in our mouth and say what you think you know about situations. Everything we did was to win. If we cut somebody hell we came to the conclusion they couldn't help us. It's never anything personal. Do you miss on some? hell yeah But the majority of the time you get it right. Our plan didn't work yall all can say your reasons why. But I'll say this Fobbs had a great 30 year coaching career only for it to end on a terrible note I know I don't want mine to end like this. So believe me nobody is hurting more than Coach Fobbs right now. And I feel like shyt that we couldn't get it done for him because more than likely Coach is done I got a lot more coaching left to do.

You don't think Fobbs will try to coach somewhere else again as an assistant coach? Has he lost confidence in myself?
Personally, I would try to do everything I could to rewrite my legacy before I retire. I would try to to go back to a D1-A school or a high school or something.
I wouldn't want the last thing on my resume to be the horrible job I did at A&T. America loves the comeback story.
Unless he thinks he doesn't have what it takes, he should try to restore his coaching reputation.

205, Give an example of one lie that was told? We were here and some players were released or cut that could play but maybe were never given the chance even at a new position. I just don't believe we are putting words in your mouth, I believe you tried to do what you thought was correct. I just think Coach Fobbs is an assitant coach and never should have been the Head Man. Again, I believe these are the facts and we needed a new direction and that's where we're going. Good wishes at A State

The more I thought about it this site is for you guys to lie and think you know everything. C'mon, coach. That's a bit unfair. Most of us give money and support through thick and thin to A&T football (and it's been pretty thin the last 5 years) This site is to express our opinions as fans. That's all. That's what fans do, right or wrong.

OK my bad. Take the Lie part off. A bit much!!!! A poor choice of words. But basically this site is for you guys the fans and former players. I felt the letter was appropriate because I meant every word but I should leave the blogging to you guys.
Thrilla the only one that had me ready to kill you and this site is the lie about Coach Vincent sleeping with students and was about to be fired. I don't care about you guys saying it and reading it but what if his wife would have read it. What if that was said on here about you and your wife read it. C'mon now we are married to Beautiful Strong Black Women and that could have got ugly in his HOME and it was so far from the truth.

Who said anything about Vincent sleeping with students? The only thing we reported was that he was fired. That was told to me by several school officials. I can assure you no one posted anything about any of those other allegations on this board. And once I got word that the information was incorrect that thread was immediately edited.

Well that's not something you make up. I'm not going to get into what was said and who said it because the blog was deleted back when it was proven to be untrue. But it was said. I read it all the coaches read it. We discussed it! So believe what you want.

I think the accusations had existed long before we ever posted anything on this site that he got fired. That may have caused you guys to read into the report and try to connect the dots.. But trust me: no one ever posted anything about some students - which was completely not true, by the way. Most people probably hadn't even heard anything like that until you just posted it on this thread.
I am positive about this because people were calling me that day trying to find out what was the reason he was fired. This was around the same time Frenchers and Dwike got canned.

Accusations and rumors are a lot different than reading it on this site. The people think everything on this site is the truth. Hell half the people that called me didn't know I was fired til they read it on bluedeath.
It's all good!!!!! My 2nd child will be here January 12, 2009 yall pray for a smooth delivery. Two boys. Left Tackle!!!!! When Keenan finsishes Kendall will be right behind they will be 5 years apart.

Damn, I'm jealous. Two boys?
Hopefully, Wheels will now hire Ragsdale or Travis Oliver or some dude from a local pool hall to be our next coach and I can stop caring about A&T football and try to catch up with you.
Two boys = a true blessing.

Congrats coach. You're right Thrilla. I've got two boys (QB & RB). You'll have a ball with them. The oldest will always protect his "little brother" and the youngest will always look up to his big brother. It's a wonderful thing.

Man let me tell yall the hardest about coaching. Not being fired, not losing, it's getting your 5 year old to let go of something he has falling in Love with.
My 5 year old man he will not stop saying Aggie Pride!! And when we are watching any sports on TV and a team does something good he start performing "Smash". I mean it's too funny anytime he sees a good play of any kind he starts humming Smash you would think I was the band director here. The funniest was the other night at Chuck E Cheese he won on the Spongebob Racing game and jump out the seat and start yelling the tunes to Smash. He loves that song when the Band would play it. I hope ASU band has a good hype song. Or I'm in trouble. Can somebody get me that song on CD or something to take with me.

Sounds like the little guy has a bad case of "Aggie Pride". That's usually what happens when you are exposed to the Aggie culture at such an early age. Trust me I know. I don't think there is a cure for it. You kind of have to let it play out. Don't know if it will pass all the way out or his system of not. My guess is that it won't. As far as his reaction to "smash", good luck trying to find a substitute.I'm sure the ASU band will suffice though. They will at least play something the little man can dance to.
