you really think so Aggie One? I'll save m opinion for the private forum. Great day in Aggieland, LOL Why? Say what you feel in public. Since others brought it up. His record as an OC is the first thing that stands out. Yeah yeah, defense has something to do with it too, but you cant ignore it. I also looked at the points and yardage in both his wins and losses. Wasn't impressed with that either. He scored 3 pionts in 2nd half vs Arkansas-Pine Bluff, but then put up 44 on Alcorn. I just was expecting a bigger splash for an OC. This was just meh....

And PLEASE STOP saying "his numbers are better than Youngs". I shouldn't even have to explain why.

All I’ll say is this is a hire to assist & facilitate the university’s transition towards the full landscape of the CAA & to assist in the recruitment of a diverse pool of student-athletes. LMAO!!!

I am not trying to be super negative but the CAA is a lot different than the SWAC.

Good lord. But I need to see some of his actual schemes on film before I panic. There's few examples on YouTube of him holding film sessions at last year's coaches clinic. i'm an "end results" guy. i'll judge whether this is a good hire or not when the season starts. but i'm glad this hiring shiggidy is ova! not so much that i was impatient, but more so because ya'll can stop "whinning" so much about hiring an oc now...

I will wait and see. We didn't have passing yards and were not loosing 50-0. Coach made a move and I think we will be ok with this favorable early schedule.

If Marsh was not Coach Brown's first or second choice, that kind of worries me.
How do you watch Chris Young produce the worst offensive in the nation and not have a definite backup plan already in the works as soon as the season is over?
IF Marsh was indeed the guy he wanted all along, I am not sure why he waited until the end of January to hire him.
Also what I dont understand is why would you bring in 3 new QBs without your new offensive coordinator having a chance to evaluate them first. What if Marsh has some QBs in his rolodex that might have been better?
There are still some questions that need to be answered here ...
