We play UNC Charlotte on September 16. They usually sell out their stadium and have very limited seating for visitors so I started early looking for my tickets. Stub Hub has tickets at insane prices but you can go to the UNC-c site and buy them on line. However, I stopped by the A&T Ticket Office today and they will have tickets in late July for $26.00 in section #130-131. Game tickets will sell out fast so if you want to see the Aggies kick some 49er butts you better get your's early.

been trying to plan out my aggie football travel plans for this year and as of today, it don't appear that i'll make the charlotte game cuz i will drive down for the season home opener against mars hill the week before that game. plus, charlotte is about at the "edge" of my maximum driving distance nowadays (approx. 6.5 hours), 7 hours is my unofficial limit. but since its on back-to-back weekends, i won't be driving the extra 1.5 hours for that game.
i'm hoping charlotte will stream that game live over the internet and the same for gardner-webb on labor day weekend. won't be driving to boiling springs either.
but i will make the short half hour drive to baltimore for the morgan state game the week following the charlotte game and most likely will "fly" to the scsu game in orangeburg the week after the msu game.
just got my 2013 "navy blue" game worn aggie football jersey in the mail yesterday and can't wait to give that bad boy a test drive!! probably will debut my navy blue jersey at the mars hill game, those 2013 navy blue jerseys have always been my absolute "favorite" aggie football jersey...

Depending on where you park, you may experience a lengthy walk to Jerry Richardson Stadium. Plan your route and preferred parking location in advance, if possible.
Also, if you are staying overnight, the Panthers home opener is the very next day at 1pm vs. the Buffalo Bills.

That game is schedule to be played at 6 PM That's great...the Queen City alumni chapter will probably have something before the game.

I was thinking the same thing...a few years ago the Charlotte Alumni Chapter teamed up with the AAF for an event prior to an A&T/UNCC basketball game. The Queen City Chapter is much stronger now and I expect a major turnout for the UNCC game. Great time to get more AAF and QC Alumni members. Now if I can just get A&T's Cold Steel to show up for this event, we'll have a major event.

I do not think the band is traveling to this game because Charlotte wants the band to pay for seats.

I do not think the band is traveling to this game because Charlotte wants the band to pay for seats. Hey, a lot of FBS schools do that with non-rivalry teams. A few years ago, Oklahoma came here to Tallahassee to play Florida State, and FSU made them pay for the 500 seats. With the close proximity of the two cities (Greensboro and Charlotte), I could see UNCC doing that. They will embarrass the 49ers' band.

Plus FSU vs Oklahoma is a prime time match often with national title implications, scalpers must have had a field day. I am pretty sure we will be thick at UNCC, but I will be surprised if the game is a sell out.

Isn't UNCC paying us to come. The band coming should have been part of the deal
