I purchased 25 tickets in section 110, rows Y, Z, AA-CC. Row Z is 26 rows up from the sideline and CC is row 29 etc... I would try to get seats that are at least 26 rows up and you will have a very good view of the field from any section. If you arrive in Chapel Hill an hour before the game, you will be lucky to get into the game by half time. And yes, traffic and parking will be a big issue.Park and ride is a good option; however, you can find parking on campue if you arrive 3-4 hours before gametime. I'm checking on reserving tailgate parking spaces near the stadium and will pass on info ASAP.Five years of working Carolina consession stands for AAU basketball was a love/hate/work relationship.

What's up Aggies? I wanted to come over and give a little advice concerning Kenan Stadium and Chapel Hill in general. First, the field has a crown to it and if your seats are in the first 10 rows (guessing), you will not be able game. Your view will be the backs of the players. So, avoid rows A through J. I would suggest going to stub hub or Carolina ticket office sites and checking to see if there is a rate your seat site. This will allow you to see your seat prior to purchase. If I am not mistaken, the visitors sections are on the Pope side of the stadium across from Carmicheal Dorm. It is the sunny side, so bring sunglasses. Also, there is very little room between the rows. Second, Chapel Hill is land locked and that is one of the biggest reason for our crappy game day experience. There isn't a lot of spots to have a tailgate on campus. I believe the parking structure next to Craig Dorm is one location but I am not sure if it is still allowed. The park and ride lots would be your best bet. Finally, traffic will be a huge issue. Hope for a fun, injury free game. Thanks, Indy! Good luck during the season. I live in Tallahassee, so please beat the Criminoles!

I'm in Section 104 row BB. Looks like I got the short end of the stick. I am in section 104 row C. Just tried to call the ticket office to move back but the only tickets further back are in section 201 row U. Guess I'll be standing up the whole game or I'll try to convince my wife to let me sit on her shoulders for a better vantage point. Lastly I did find out that the band will be in section 200. To reserve tailgating spaces fot the UNC game please go to UNC Transportation and Parking and submit a Football Request Form. Please specify on your form that you want to reserve a space in the Nash Parking lot at 239 Wilson St. The Nash lot is one of the few lots that are open for public tailgating. The cost is $10. Please take a look at the campus map and you can see that Nash lot is a 4-5 block walk to the north/visitors side of the stadium. We have ten spaces reserved so far and the remaining spaces will go fast as game day approaches so don't hesitate. You may want to read the tailgating policy also.

Hey I know we ain't the Game coX but UNC sucks at stopping the option play. I hope we can pass on these guys but Qick and Cowen could be big in Chapel Hill.
