I wish Ms. Todd well.
The chancellor needs to state one way or another if Lee Fobbs is going to be fired or reassigned. Even if the chancellor has decided to keep Fobbs it's better to know that than to have everyone speculating all over North Carolina and the world wide web.

The main difference is with the offensive and defensive lines. UD dominated the line of scrimmage the entire game. If you can do that then the rest of the game is really easy.

Now I see how Coppin's baseball team stayed mired in the mess it was in. I know he's an academic, but this situation doesn't need studying. We need action. Fobbs should be discharged. We need to hire a coach with a proven track record of winning football games as a HEAD COACH.

Well I'm sorry to hear about his mother.
I do concur that the advertising panels should be occupied with something. It could be a Victory Club, Aggie Club or Alumni Association panel. For the panels to be blank so long does not project the right image.

Do you mean Morgan threw a pick at the six yard line? In who's territory? If that's what you meant, and if it was in DSU's territory, then he and Herb are twins! pick six = interception returned for a touchdown or six points.

Have you seen our offensive line? Ferguson got most of his yards on a few big plays. He got yards despite the offensive line. The majority of the time the running game was shut down.

I'm a glutton for punishment. I'm driving up in the wee hours on Saturday morning.

I'm probably one of the last supporters of Coach Fobbs. My support of him is more about what happens to the program if we fire yet another coach, and much less about Coach Fobbs' merit or ability. A better coach and coaching staff would have yielded at least a few wins over this past season and a half.
If we fire this man, kids will leave the program. We're going to be hit next year with scholarship penalties anyway. Relationships with recruits, parents and high school coaches will be further damaged.
There is improvement. I think we need to give the man another year to see if he can't get us to a respectable level. If not, then I think we can fire the man with a clear conscience.

Didn't he intercept a pass last week? Maybe he was just outmatched last night. It happens.

The offensive line is still hit or miss, mostly miss.
The running backs are decent, but I think I'd rather have David Robinson and Demerrick Chancellor getting the bulk of the carries. These two seem to know how to run to daylight. It seems like Ferguson likes to bulldoze defenders. That's fine for short yardage plays, but it didn't make for consistent offense last night.
It's hard to judge the wide receivers. The passing game needs a lot of work. I think we could benefit from hiring an offensive coordinator.
Herb Miller is not yet a complete quarterback. He may never become one. I think this is an area we must target in recruiting.
The defensive line is too small to stop much of anybody. I would move Tim Bess from center to nose guard. This is one decision Coach Small had right in my mind.
The linebackers were decent. There was some arm-tackling, but not nearly as much as last year.
The secondary is decent as well. It's hard to cover wide receivers man-to-man when the defense isn't generating any kind of pass rush.
All in all I saw a lot of improvement from our guys, but we may still be a few years from respectability.

I'm predicting A&T to win by a lot or lose by a little. Truthfully, I'll take either one as marked improvement over last year.

That was a nice read. I sure hope for all of our sake that we see improvement this year. I'm still thinking that Demerick Chancellor is worth a couple of victories by himself. I think he's that talented.

This is excellent! Why can't the Aggie Club and/or the Athletic department do the same?

I have little faith that the L.A. game is going to actually happen. If it does happen it might not be in L.A. There is no information on this game. If you contact the L.A. Coliseum they do not have a clue. No host hotel information. No website.
I'll probably make all games, but the FAMU game.
