Quick should start but Kindle should also play. My thinking is that if the coaches had total confidence in Quick then Kindle wouldn't be there.

IMO. At this point I think it's Quick's job to loose. If he keeps winning, he'll keep the starting job.

i’m really expecting both qb’s to play against elon. so to me, it don’t really matter whether quick or kindle starts. i’d go with the 2 qb rotation in the first half or as the game dictates. and then stay with the guy who has the “hot hand” down the stretch.
i’m so “excited” to see that we’ve finally got some deep threat wr’s and a bonafide possession receiver in denzel keyes. dude looks like a real “football player” in his uniform. and we got a taste of what desmond lawrence can do as a wr too, i believe he led us in receiving against app state. not to mention, we’ve still got 2 or 3 more true freshmen wr’s who can stretch the field. maybe a couple of them will get redshirted.
but from what i saw during the video broadcast, our receivers are now creating “separation” when they run their routes (unlike last year) which makes it easier for our qb’s to complete passes this year. i say go with the 2 qb rotation and then stay with the “hot hand” down the stretch. if kindle can regain the form he had 2 seasons ago, he’s gonna put up some big passing numbers this year...

I guess now we know why the offense was struggling so much against the defense in the scrimmages.... That defense is just beast like that.
WRs need to have advantages over DBs to create separation. It's either size (Keyes), speed (Lawrence) or quickness (Bullock) along with route-running ability. Then the QB play has to match up. We'll see....

oldschoolaggie I'm with you. Start Quick and rotate Kindle in on certain plays. If that combination works, keep it up for the whole game. If one of the QB's gets a hot hand, let them take a few more snaps.
I'm betting that's exactly what will happen Saturday. Hey it's the start of the season and we need to see both QB's in a real game to see who's the true starting QB. But I would definitely start Quick Saturday just for what he did in Boone. And for you guys that will point at the offensive stats for the App game...Quick managed the game just well enough for our defense and special teams to do their thing. Sometimes you want a QB to win the game for you and sometimes you want the QB to just not lose the game for you. And as I remember...We Won!
After last Saturday's shocker, the A&T coaches can start anybody they darn well please and I'll be happy! Aggie Pride!

Will Broadway keep the starting QB a mystery until kickoff or will he announce it prior to Saturday?
