Reported in The State (SC) Newspaper:
Keenan defensive lineman Matthew Johnson (6-2, 270) really likes Duke and hopes to visit there. He has offers from Air Force, Navy, Presbyterian, North Carolina A&T and Western Carolina. He’s also hearing from Tennessee.

To concentrate on guys we haven't offered. You know i stay in the mix in the Triangle as far as high school athletes, so here goes a list of senior I think we should go after.
Reese Wiggins of Southern Durham - WR - we are loaded for the future here, but this kid is good.
Greg Jackson - cornerback at Knightdale high school. Goes both ways at RB/WR and CB. Straight athlete!
CJ Frederick - RB at West Johnston - One of the best underated backs in the state West Johnston is currently 9-1.
Kuwon Eldridge - RB- Millbrook - Very small but lighting quick and goes for over 150 al ot. Currently 7-2
Hillside has a lineman. I think his last name is Simms that we might want to take a look at. One of their former players is a starting freshman on our line this year.
I'm a Triangle area guy and we dont have any guys that can play QB at the Div1 level that haven't already been snatched up by the big boys. Unfortunately.

I want that tight end they have over there at Page. That big white dude who runs perfect routes and has soft hands. He is a beast. I know we can forget about getting their QB but I hope Deshaun Graham can lobby his old teammate to come here ...

the cards are presently very much stacked against us when it comes to recruiting. we have an unstable coaching situation and i'm sure other schools will use that against us.
that's why its so important not to let the selection process drag out indefinitely. i'm not saying rush into a decision, clearly we must take our time and pick the right guy. but if possible, we need to make a final head coaching decision before the end of the year. however, if we get the right guy, the sooner the better...

He can't catch a cold if he were outside dripping wet in a snowstorm

Professor, your lack of football knowledge is scary.
That tight end Page has could start at A&T right now.

Thrilla, Its obvious that you dont know football talent. God blessed some of us with a good eye for talent......I'm sorry to say, but you wasnt one of em. If we filled the team with all the guys you like then A&T will never have another winning season.

Hey thrilla, if a hard head makes a soft behind, do "soft hands" make a hard head?

That's a question only you and your freshman orientation guides in Scott Hall have the answer to ...

Says the same guy who is still hating on The Future ... who only had the single most important reception of the game last Saturday. LOL, listen This the last time I'm speaking on Over Hyped......Over Hyped has TWO catches this season!!! I'm hating on two catches? If Over Hyped was leading the team in catches, yards, and TDs and if I said he wasnt that good then call me a hater. But dude only have TWO freakin catches and I'm hating cuz those stats are just so amazing lol. Just face it, You dont have an eye for good talent. His highlight tape wasnt impressive and I said he wasnt that good way before the season started and I'm sticking by that til he proves me wrong. You hyped dude up like he was goin to come in here and beast as a freshman. Well Thrilla, YOU WERE WRONG.

Gator,
I agree with your downeast statement. Hopefully, the new coaching staff will recruit down here.
