I wonder how many current A&T players with at least two years on the team were called a beast on BDV prior to arriving on campus?

Professor, your lack of football knowledge is scary. That tight end Page has could start at A&T right now. Apparently you don't go to Page HS football games. He can't catch. Ask Dudley, Ragsdale, E. Forsyth. But we all know about your great eye for talent. Btw, how many catches does the Future have

That's where Jemelle Hollieway, former Oklahoma wishbone QB went to high school. The only reason I even know that is because a friend of mine from law school married one of his high school teammates recently.

Don't we already have 4 QB's on the team with similar size/speed numbers (ok maybe this kid is a little lighter than our others)? Will they change his position? Will he even still be considering A&T once the staff is overhauled in the offseason? He does have an offer from a school a little closer to home than A&T. scoutcombines.scout.com/a.z?s=450&p=8&c=1&nid=3644980

Well, two of the qbs are juniors, a third is a little-used sophomore, and the fourth is a freshman who may very well leave with the o.c. that recruited him here (if the o.c. leaves).
Who knows, his grandmammy might live in NC. I think that was how we got Ohio all-state lineman Drew Carter (who transferred after we foolishly never played him).

a 4.6 forty is not very fast if he's a running qb and at 6'0", he's not very tall. i could be wrong but he doesn't seem to be a difference maker to me...

oldschool thats what I'm saying. I would like to see us get some qbs who are 6'4 or 6'5 and 200+ pounds. We already have 6'0/6'2 Qbs on the roster and what have they done.....absolutely nothing.

bluedeathvalley.proboards1.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=3969Read that. In terms of talent, what pro-sized qbs with even halfway decent fundamentals are interested in going to a school that has won about three out of its past 35 games and is graduating in the 40 percent range? And you'd better name two because if one gets injured you have to have a capable backup or the season is down the drain. As the above link shows very clearly, even if two of these highly coveted qbs fall into our lap they simply will not produce without a decent offensive line. So we’ll need them to bring about 14 guys with solid fundamentals and decent speed and size to block as well… Or we could take the qb we actually have a chance at, coach him to perform to the best of his ability, improve our record, and make ourselves more attractive to potential recruits on down the line by simply doing the best with what we have and showing that we know how to win. It's a crazy idea.

This sounds like a case of lazy recruiting ... unless they are already planning to turn him into a DB.

Lazy recruiting? The kid is on the other side of the country. It reads to me like stupid recruiting, but then I have no idea who on staff found this connection or how much it cost to study him. I also don't know his link to NC (if there is one).
I do know he comes from a good program with a long-tenured head coach.

Looks like Moten just committed to University of Washington. They offered him as an ATH with the "opportunity" to play QB.
