To "look good" on TV, we only need to get a decent amount of people in the lower sections. Stage a bunch of Aggie decorations up top and maybe a few tables with people drinking across from the camera. I'm more concerned about winning the game. Losing in front of 5k in attendance doesn't help us.well, unlike last season, we got something for their azzes this season (if our bigs stay healthy). i'll already go out on the limb to predict that we'll kick the buzzards azzes if our bigs stay healthy. i just wish it was a "double-header" for both our men and women. that would make it worthwhile for me to drive down for that game...

Yeah I agree. Corbett holds 5k not 50k. If we can't get a good crowd from the Aggies AND Eagles in Greensboro and the surrounding counties, that's an issue. I believe the official number is 5700. Also depends on what you believe is a "good crowd". What do you believe?

Easy , put all the reserve tickets behind the benches and make the other side General Admission. I wonder how much potential revenue we would lose by just selling season tickets on one side. If it is not that much, I think we should definitely consider this. Would give the lower section a lot of more energy.

Also depends on what you believe is a "good crowd". What do you believe? A "good crowd" is the entire lower section filled and a good portion of the upper bleachers. 3,500+. A lot of people have that week off between Christmas and New Years' Day. I'll probably drive up for this one.

2PM on a Saturday is not prime time. That is when most people are running errands and taking their kids to sport practices.
Primetime would be later in the evening when everybody is back home, sitting in front of a TV.

If the CB was played at 1400 you would doing cartwheels and sating it was the greatest thing on earth. There will be no sports practice on 28 Dec

You obviously dont have kids who play AAU sports. There also always a ton of holiday tournaments during that time.

Majority of people do not care about HBCU basketball games either. I'm just explaining to you why that time slot is not considered Primetime.
By definition, primetime is in the evening when television has its largest number of viewers.
Historically, it is usually between 8 and 11 PM.

We definitely have time to promote this event as a Gold Out and give out free t-shirts to everyone in the lower level. No excuse not to pull out all stops for this national TV exposure.

The lower level reserve seats behind the team benches are mostly reserved for player families behind our bench and opponent fans behind the opposing team's bench. I don't believe the seats behind the scorers table are reserved that way. My current seat is over there. One thing I think they can definitely do is have the students fill in the upper section behind the benches 1st because that's the primary camera angle.

Is there any way to control that? Can they make it to where anybody who uses a student ID can only sit on the side behind the benches?
