I'm with you on this Thilla. Your loyalty is to the institution that's paying your bills not to your fraternal Association is he on "scholarship"? i mean, normally i would expect the players to place a top priority on participating in all games "if" they're on scholarship. but hamilton didn't normally play very many minutes, often didn't even get off of the bench until we got hit with a "slew" of injuries. however, to be honest (cuz i'm a Nupe), crossing the sands into a divine 9 organization is a "once in a lifetime" experience that stays with you for the rest of your life. you can't "redo" or makeup that experience, akin to walking across the stage for "graduation". can't "redo" or makeup graduation ceremonies, same for crossing the sands. so because he's not a top rotation guy on the team (i "assume" not on scholarship) who doesn't often see significant playing time, i'm giving him a "pass" on his absence cuz after all, he's got "good taste" relative to fraternity selections... I am biased on this but OSA is right on this... This was an experience he would never have again. Any other Fraternity I "maybe" would have put up a fuss but he chose right !
