I, actually, think both exist: - We're causing our own issues - Some refs have bias.

Like I said if we had hit or free thows the game would been over but the calls hurt as well you can't look in the mirror and honestly say race and being a HBCU does not play in the calls and mind set of officials we saw same thing in the Big South. This is America racism will always be the fiber and DNA of this Country.Lets flip this the other way would a PWI School in major sports get calls or a fair shot for a Championship in MEAC if a School was a member look at Chowan when they join CIAA they were trash in all sports but soon as they start winning they saw the Door...I just think we sometimes look at being Aggies and think all is well with the Sports world but they still won't lets us eat from the Woolworth Counter.

Victim mentality, it's sickening how everyone is programmed to always blame race. I can honestly look in the mirror and say race has nothing to do with the bad calls, some refs are just bad. Seems like some refs anticipate fouls versus actually seeing one. In our game versus UNCW we shot 15 more free throws but i did not see Aggie fans complaining about that. You do know Chowan only played football in the CIAA right? They were shown the door to make room for a school that was going to play all sports in the CIAA not just football... Again people make things up and spread misinformation to prove a point that isn't legitimate. Starting in the 2025 season, the Chowan Football program will move to the Conference Carolinas as a full member, as the Conference Carolinas announced the addition of Shorter University as the league's 15th member and sixth football playing member in 2024-25. It will mark the first time in Chowan's Division II history that all of Chowan's sponsored sports will be under the same conference affiliation. Conference Carolinas will feature six programs with football: Barton, Chowan, Erskine, UNC Pembroke, North Greenville, and Shorter.

I, actually, think both exist: - We're causing our own issues - Some refs have bias. Some refs are just bad. ^^^^ What He Said ^^^^ There are refs with bias in every league...there are bad refs in every league. I remember how bad some of the refs were in the MEAC...remember how we used to complain about them and how "everybody was out to get A&T". We were only in the Big South for a year, but I recall fans complaining about the refs there as well. There's only one way to get past bad refs...you leave no doubt on the field or court. NCAT didn't lose that game because of the refs...The Aggies beat themselves. We let them come back after we had them down. We didn't hit our free throws. This wasn't about racial bias or some mysterious men in a dark room somewhere pulling strings who are plotting against NCAT. Simple truth is you can't play the way we did, and expect to win in this league. There is a lot of parity in the CAA, and any given night if you not on your game...you will get beat. Nobody in the CAA is going to roll over for NCAT. We have to develop the type of mindset necessary to play "complete" games. I believe our ladies have the coaching and talent to win championships in this league...but to achieve that goal we have to improve our mental game as well.

Nobody "kept" NCAT from winning that game we beat ourselves. Sometimes you got to look in the mirror and own your failures so you can learn from them and get better.

I just read the letter. I got two things. 1. Some People are "Letter Writers". And 2. It puts the League on notice. It's (this effort) is not my cup of Tea, but Hey, there are some Aggies who give the business to Jay Walker no mater what...
As for The Team. I think that we recently had a game with something like 2 turnovers. Crazy achievement. I said that to say that They know how to flow.(as they saw themselves do it). They are trying to mimic that, but the Bench is still catching up.
Winning The Regular Season will make history ( at least for Us), But If we can get healthy by the Tourney, we can make History That way. We are as balanced as anyone in the League.
