Questions I have:
1. What is your team make up philosophy concerning HS, Juco & the Portal?
2. What are your thoughts on recruiting locally (city, county, state) vs. non-local?
3. How do you see the use of social media in running your program, if any?
And I wouldn't have an issue giving him whatever questions beforehand as opposed to him getting put on the spot on the show.

We've actually had exclusive interviews with every A&T head coach since Bill Hayes. This is just the first time we've done it on a live podcast. |

Facilities...What updates are upcoming? Practice field, stadium upgrades, etc.
What the program is missing compared to other CAA schools? How he intends to close the gap.
What he needs from us as fans, alumni, and supporters?

Will we have the same number of coaches as our counterparts in the CAA
Will he utilize analysts
Thoughts on analytics (going for it on 4th down, other teams tendencies..)
