It just annoys me a little that Coach Ross needs to use our program as a springboard for a SEC Program. 🤔 We just a HBCU with 1/4 the budget of Tenn We all hate to see Ross go, but if our program is good enough to be a "springboard" to a P5 school I wouldn't call that a bad thing. We want a solid "pipeline" of good coaches just like we want a solid pipeline of good athletes. If Ross wasn't successful at A&T do you think his replacement would have left a P5 for a shot to lead our program? I don't want A&T to be a place were a coaches career goes to die. |

If allow our Head coaches gave us enough in the 5-10 years they are at A&T for a power 5 school to hire them, I am happy

It just hurts in the moment not only to see Ross go but also to lose some recruits |
