Sir, you are a self-proclaimed high dollar donor and you know everything about the BOT meetings. You are the kind of "source" we should be reaching out to for this type of information.

Ross Jr is going to run at UT. Very shrewd and dirty work from Coach Ross. Nothing shrewd or dirty about it . The decision is not in Ross seniors hands this is all on Jr to stay , transfer or turn pro . My money is on Jr turning Pro . The focus should be on retaining the newly-signed and upper class scholarship talent that we have . The longer A&T is without a Coach to lead the program the more likely it will be to lose some of there athletes to transfer or decommitting to follow Ross or to another program .

You guys have been left in the dark so long about everything that happens at A&T, you now feel like that is just the way things are supposed to operate. It's not. A competent athletic department can keep its fanbase informed about the process of making a high-profile hire. I told you along time ago that " Secrecy Can Become Addictive " đ

I wouldnât say âhigh dollar,â ya know. But, Iâve been blessed and I do try to pay that forward with the school. And Iâm still waiting on Earl to let me know how much it would cost for a white A&T helmet. 2. The info is public via the BOT notes and weâve been live-streaming meetings consistently since 2020. 3. Guys like Lut have a relationship with Coaches. So much so, theyâll go to him with things or will honestly answer questions on the record. Thereâs no reason why BDV doesnât have that kind of relationship, if it doesnât already.

lol we didn't know about coach Washington signing a 4yr contract, or the decision to move to the Big South/CAA. We will have to rely on HBCU Gameday as usual.

I didn't read all those things in detail but they seem to be after the fact info. and not from the AD during his/her coach search like it seems the guy is saying Earl should do.

To be honest, UT's track and field coaching position was/is not as high-profile as the T&F position was/is to us. A&T hiring its next T&F coach would be the equivalent of UT hiring a head football coach. I think I agree with this. The money paid to the coaches are a good indictor (325 to 301 something).

I've always said that athletes initially choose their college because of the relationship established with the coach. More often than not once they get here and feel the love from the other areas (alums, institution, students, teammates, etc...) they stay because of their love for the university. But there are exceptions to every rule...

I expect that to be par for the course, to be honest.
These recruits committed to us because of Ross; not because of our Engineering department or pretty track surface.

Whoever the next Coach will be, I will expect him to bring in some of his prized recruits as well.
Hopefully it all balances out đ¤đž

With her being a hurdler I can see her following Coach Ross. Hilton is on the clock and needs to make some type of an announcement to reassure the signees and upper classman that there leader is in place moving forward are there will be more movement.
