The 6-2, 175 guard played in 2021 at Troy State as a true freshman averaging 10.3 points as a reserve (12 starts) including a 28-point performance against Coastal Carolina before going into the portal. Was the starting 2-guard on this year's NJCAA National championship squad (Northwest State, FL.), averaging 11.1 points per game. Top 100 JUCO player list (#76). Former 2-time Alabama 6-A Player of the Year and 3-time all-state selection from Pinson Valley where he averaged an incredible 38 points per outing as a senior and 31 points per game as a junior. Had a career high in scoring with a record 52-point performance as junior.

Hopefully the "Killa Kam" gear I just received (black hoodie & gray long-sleeve crew) fits nicely with this acquisition! 2. This means we'll have 3 PGs...2 with D1 experience (Kam & Kyle) and a pretty highly touted True Freshman (Elliott). 3. Looks like Kam can shoot the rock and has a scorer's mentality. Hopefully he'll also be a distributor. 4. I hope/expect Kyle Duke will be a bit more offensive minded in his 2nd year. 5. Looks like we won't have to rush Elliott into playing time as a True Freshman...fingers crossed. We'll see what happens. |

All in all, not a bad start for the first day of basketball signings. Not bad at all. Guards are nice BUT are any "bigs" on the horizon? Pet peeve: Why can't these kids put their shirt tails in? LOL |

I'll take Guards that can score in addition to making plays. We were a tall Team last season and sometimes got torched by shooters. Idk about this new league but today's game has a place for shooters.
