Don't think in my viewing of the tape that they were anywhere near running out of the zone if you mean Stewart and Ross

Like everyone I was very disappointed that neither Ross or Stewart ran in the finals but they were instrumental in getting the team there and in as much I offer my heart felt congratulations for a job well done. As an aside, with the Gold Metals it should enhance their NIL value.

Wonder if, A&T's gold medal track stars will garner the same kind of n&r spread that uncg's distance runner received in today's paper. Their photo of Steward after winning the bronze was microscopic.

As an aside, with the Gold Metals it should enhance their NIL value. it may turnout to be a "blessing in disguise" because it'll give them both "extra" motivation for the next olympcs 3 years from now. its a lot easier to push yourself while training when you have something you wanna prove. had everything gone perfectly, they'd have less to strive for. often times, "training" is a mental thing. and if you have something to prove, its easier to push yourself to the limit... |
