Additional over the air areas to see the game: Charleston, Greensboro/High Point, Myrtle Beach, Johnson City and Lynchburg/Roanoke. In addition to espn3 it will also be available on espnextra. Now something that concerns us all, the weather: Mostly sunny, high of 87 5-10 mph wind and no chance of rain(4%). Of course it will change many times in the next 6 days but you can’t ask for better on Labor Day Saturday.

They could have said kickoff at 3am and I would still be the first one in line trying to get in that jawn. Let's put the ball down and play. |

Per the Paladin athletic site... "Parking lots open four hours before kickoff. The Furman Fan Zone, located adjacent to the Paladin Statue, opens three hours prior to kickoff and closes thirty minutes before the start of the game. Gates open one and a half hours prior to kickoff. Gates are located on the east and west sides of Paladin Stadium. The Club Level opens one hour prior to kickoff. The Wicked Weed Endzone Experience opens 30 minutes prior to kickoff in the south end zone, located adjacent to the videoboard. They say "funk" & blues for the crossover audience. She (Lyric) is straight R&B in the style of H.E.R. and Ella Mai. Should be a good pre-game concert. I anticipate the game even more. Concert starts at 11:45 am. This is the kind of atmosphere we've talked about creating at our home games for some time. Ingles grocery stores is sponsoring the concert series for them. Certainly Food Lion or Harris Teeter could do the same kind of thing for us. |

I just wanted to welcome all A&T fans to Furman Saturday...It's a great venue in a pretty spectacular setting...I am looking forward to this game, primarily because most SoCon and Furman folks know A&T is good...Being an App State grad, we found that out nearly everytime we played y'all...There were some great games in that series...Anyway, coach Clay Hendrix was responsible for y'all as an opponent as we found out last week at the summer scrimmage...He said he wanted to play someone good like the competition that Furman will face in the SoCon...This is seemingly the perfect game...I think A&T is an outstanding football program...I remember a guy named Maurice Hicks one time rushed for like 400 yds in a game...It may well have been against SC State or Morgan State...Not sure which...Anyway, everyone travel safe and cheer loud and enjoy the game.

Sorry T-Roy, 366 yds was against SC State in the Carolinas Classic in BOA, 437 yds was in Baltimore in loss to Morgan, SMH. |

5 days until kickoff, Heres the latest weather. Mostly sunny high of 87, low humidity of 53%. Wind 5-10 mph.. 5% chance of rain. Sounds like a pretty nice day. Could be a lot worse.

At this point the time shouldn't even matter for our program for how long we've been out. I suspect a lot of cramping going on by the 3rd quarter as expected, so the team with best depth will show their head in this game. Can't wait!
