It appears to me that coach Jones does not recruit any one over 6'6. While that may have been ok in the MEAC, I am not sure that it will continue to cut it moving forward. It would be good to see us offer some players with size.

I don’t know if youse remember, Andy Enfield's run as the head Coach of Florida Gulf Coast(Now USC)2013. I’ve been analyzing Coach Jones offense, it seems that he may be running a version of that, thus the smaller athletic b@llers. It has its advantages, IMO the athletes have to be exceptional or well coached. Note, I love Coach Jones use of the social platforms, and team building approach.

I've also read Coach Enfield's description, he also needs a solid athletic big man to run it properly. That single run in March Madness is what got Enfield the USC job. galencentral.com/2013/09/03/andy-enfield-discusses-his-offense-and-uscs-current-roster/

I don't see that type of knowledge and understanding with our players and Jones system , just saying .

But he does not believe that , because that means that no players position is defined or Set in Stone and can rotate into any of the 5 positions . That is the impression that I got and what I have heard from other coaches as the definition .

That is the impression that I got and what I have heard from other coaches as the definition . He said it in the context of what players can expect to be ready for coming to A&T. His ideal player is 6'6 to 6'8 and can run, jump, shoot, rebound, play full court defense and handle the ball. It may or may not be sustainable in mid-major college basketball, but until you get 8-10 guys with that talent level, you still have to find a way to win ball games. He may actually think he's close with this year's group.
