I think he's referring to former all time receptions leader Wallace Miles.

I dont understand. Why would this recognition prevent him from playing 4 games in the spring ... or even coming back to complete his final year of eligibility in the fall? There is no actual event attached to the 2021 Collegiate Bowl invite. This is more of a symbolic gesture. To my knowledge, he has not yet declared for the 2021 NFl draft or even received an invite to the 2021 NFL scouting combine. Ironically, he recently tweeted this: I dont get the sense that he opting out of the proposed spring schedule. Did you watch the Oklahoma State vs Miami game last night when the OSU WR opted out to stop playing in the middle of the game because he felt as if he got injured he’d lose his shot at the NFL? Same reason why Jah may not play .... To prevent any injury..knock on wood YEP...and did you hear his reason for choosing that time to put a stop on his collegiate career?? He said that watching the injury to Miami's quarterback in real time is what finalized the decision for him.

I actually think we will see more FCS / HBCU players drafted / signing free agent contracts due to playing in the spring. I think scouts we will be very focused on FCS talent in the spring as they want be distracted by FBS.

That's only important if you're already projected to be a high draft pick from a FBS school. Otherwise, you are fooling yourself. Remember, our all time leading receiver couldn't even get into somebody's tryout. Our kids have to play at every opportunity if they are healthy. our all time leading receiver was HBCU good, dropped passes and disappeared against better competition. Then add on his questionable foot speed and route running. Aye say that again . If he had Metcalf speed Bell would’ve been in there like swimwear.

Thanks I forgot to add that in there to push my point I would love to see Martin play but not in a 4 game season . I'm all for him coming back and having Travis Etienne type numbers for a full season but not this BS to just appease the needs of a few fans. Football has always been a game that puts an athlete one play away from Injury or even a career ending Injury.I sincerely hope that Martin has sense enough not to let Peer/Fan pressure him into participating in the 4 game BS . The NFL is familiar with Martin , he has nothing more to prove at this level .

You can't remember the name of the all-time leading WR in school history? The guy who played for us LAST season? The guy who you said would make a perfect NFL tight end? You can't remember that guy? Bell from West Virginia who won the Randy Moss award for his state , the guy that should have been playing TE . I didn't want to put his name out there considering what you said about him . Concerning Bell the Duke game was a mark against him which lingered through the season; game at FAMU; SCS game where Buddy challenged his reception. These two MEAC incidents poisoned his stock value which I believe played on his mind while training for his shot with his tryout with Seattle factoring in as well. As far as Jah is concerned I would advise him to forgo the MEAC Spring Football games. First and foremost the Rona has replicated which renders the Vaccines useless. Then here is the other matter somebody may have animus against him seek to hurt him, the toxicity of the culture. It's not nothing about being afraid but being real. Just continue training eating proper getting rest train like Ali avoid sex avoid nonsense seek good counsel.

They will continue to bring up his history at Coastal Carolina to tarnish his stock.

Same reason why Jah may not play .... To prevent any injury..knock on wood Did he opt out after seeing Miami's qb blow his knee out...? NO ! He had already made up his mind. Tylan Wallace is his name according to his position coach the arrangement was for Wallace to only play in the first half. The youngman had already had 2 ACL surgeries on his knees . Also OSU had a RB to opt out of the season to get ready for the NFL draft . www.google.com/amp/s/www.saturdaydownsouth.com/sports/cfb-mid-game-opt-out-top-wr-not-playing-second-half-due-to-players-decision/amp/
