That's 72 percent average attendance Sometimes I wonder First of all, I have a problem with that math. Didn't A&T have a press release this summer that said BB&T had a seating capacity of over 27,000? You can't just drop the number back down to 21,500 whenever it's convenient.

NCAA shows 21,500.
At 27000..... it's at 57 Percent. (15,494÷27,000)

Here's the problem though with all these ideas: there in zero incentive for anybody currently employed by the university to do anything different. Their paycheck remains the same whether we have 25,000 people in the stadium or 2,500. We can come up with every great idea under the sun, but until somebody in a position of authority is motivated to do some extra work and solve our attendance problems, then this is just a fruitless exercise. Nobody at A&T works on commission and nobody has their end-of-year performance review based on the BB&T Stadium attendance figures. I agree, there's probably no one "employed" by the University that would do this but we've got some die-hard Aggie Alumni that would gladly take on this assignment. Heck we only have 4 home games so that's a no-brainer to get volunteers. I'm betting we'll need a van to take all the local Aggie volunteers to this event. So here's what you need, a few of Alumni fans to volunteer, 500 general admission tickets, some "Cold Steel," BGMM volunteers and maybe the Aggie Dog. That's it. Send a letter to the local newspaper and Channel 14 Cable TV, notify the business or organization that you are coming out to "give away" free game tickets and let the fun begin. I don't care what the "average attendance" says, most of our home games the stands on the visitor's side are darn near empty. And that ain't right. Hey our players love to play to a packed house, our band loves to play a packed house and it sure couldn't hurt our revenue. Let's work in 2019 to fill BB&T and see if that impacts the atmosphere.

How are you gonna convince Hilton to give away 500 free tickets?
Hell, if you can get your hand on 500 tickets, I would happily organize all the other stuff you named myself.

I believe it can be done, but I also believe it will require the tickets being delivered by the University for accountability and of, course they get some credit.

What’s average attendance without homecoming? Yikes. Are we prepared for that answer?
