I feel bad for Haynes. He's probably fired. Man, what a victory. Coach Broadway has really taken us to new heights. And considering where he started from.... Haynes didn't respect us like he should have, regardless what he seemed to say. And he got got.... by a MEAC school. Coach B.... simply awesome job. What more can you say?! |

One Best Wins in Aggie History. I BET COACH from Kent knows the nice little running back name now and the tall Wr. HE DID NOT MENTION THERE NAME IN HIS Press Conference.Coach when you get fired this year please put there names on your resume. MR.Cohen and MR. Keyes..Aggie Pride. EXACTLY!!!! Can't be overconfident against anybody. App State lost to Wofford one week after beating Michigan. Hopefully our guys know that and will keep it in mind as they prepare.
One game at a time, guys. Celebrate tonight and a little bit on Sunday...but it's all about beating Tulsa come Monday!

Sorry for doubting the team on this win. A Coach job is so hard how do you take this high of a win and get focus for next week plus you have to determine who will be the starting QB. That why they get the big bucks. This team deserve to have 15K for the Hampton game

Hey, if you get beat it's always good to play up the other team's talent and skills(even if you think they suck). Don't act like your opponents weren't good because you lost to them. Second, as a coach, take the blame for losing the game and then say you will do much better the next game. As a coach, it's not good to blame the kids for losing. This guy will not be around Kent State for much longer. We didn't cause that issue...we just did what every team does, go out and play to win. |

Offensive indivual performances:
1. Tarik Cohen (260 combined rush and receiving yds)
2. Our OL played great (improving quickly)
3. Use of Leroy Hill
4. Keyes and Elijah Bell
5. Kylil Carter and Femi - really picked up the offense in the 2nd half
6. Offensive coaches for halftime adjustments
Defensive indiviual performances:
1. Jeremy Taylor (15 tackles, 1 INT) - He had Defensive player of the year game!
2. Ragland and Keyes
3. Richardson, Lockhart, Darden, McCoy
4. Quality Depth
Under the radar:
1. Cody Jones
2. Steve Sawicki - really pinned Kent State inside the 10 a couple of times
3. Coach Broadway and staff for a great game plan and management.
A very, very big win for the team and coaches, congrats!
On to Tulsa!

The BlueDeath Defense showed a lot of heart. And who is that linebacker Taylor? WOW!!!

Any word on Carter injury. Also game ball to Cody Jones hit some big field goals and Mr.Taylor 48 was straight balling
