Keep in mind, we would just need the donors to give $25 a month for a 4-month span. They could spread it out. When, and who do I make my check out to?

This is the guy Doug was talking about on Saturday, Coach 30 and the the transfer portal. A little levity after the weekend. Everyone should watch and listen to this: VERY HARSH BUT TOTALLY ON POINT!

Since we're all reflecting on our work experience... here's one from Corporate Banking Axiom... ""If the trend line is going down, don't expect that trend to change without a dramatic action." In other words, when things are going bad, only doing something bold will make a difference. So far, Coach Washington has implied that he doesn't know why these problems are happening and therefore, he doesn't know how to solve them. So, I've stopped looking to him for "dramatic action." Hopefully AD Hilton can give him some assistant figuring out what to do about this declining trend. Dear Mr. Chancellor, Dear Mr. Athletic Director, DO SOMETHING!!

I’m hoping for big change but not expecting it. Reason, we went 11 games with no adjustments nor corrections. I was all for giving Coach Wash another year to right the ship. BUT if some of the things are accurate posted in another thread, team acting a fool to the point that GW needed an escort just to get on the dang bus as Coach Wash drives off into the sunset are true, then no he and most of the staff need to go. This team has been picking fights all year with other teams. So what if the other team might be popping off, it’s called discipline which we have none. This is much more than just X’s and O’s. This goes to the heart of creating the right culture at our university and football program. RIGHT ON POINT!!

No that is BS . What playmakers is he referring to ? Is it the receivers that drop right in there hands passes, or is it the OC that call predictable passes down field into coverage but nothing under the coverage 🤔 What playmakers are you referencing . Look you have inconsistent line play all season on offense, receivers that are inconsistent, our backs can't run without getting hit in their own back field and have to fight just to get back to the line of scrimmage and you put this on the QB'S man please. This intire season was about Coaching, Preparation and Strategy and A&T's Coaching Staff got a Big Fat F . A&T has the talent so it's not on the players , THIS IS TOTALLY ON THE COACHING STAFF. I've always been a believer that at the end of the day, the players on the field have to make plays, but this year it was clear that coaching was the issue. Imo, take this same roster and replace our coaching staff with Famu's, and we beat Gardner Webb, Hampton, and maybe even Kennesaw. DITTO!!!!!!!!

penalties killing us, where do these refs come from? every time we have a big play it gets called back... Don't blame the refs, it's coaching, or lack of!!

so our very same coaching staff was fine when we won "multiple" championships including previous wins over ecu and a big win over a previously "top 5" ranked fcs team, along with 2 wins in a row over elon who was also a "top 25" ranked fcs team at the time? man, how soon we forget!! so as soon as we get off to a slow start while going thru a pandemic, we just forget about their "very recent" past performances? i mean, all of a sudden ya'll think our coaches forgot how to coach? i know a lot of our folk apparently don't understand "loyalty", but you don't fire a coaching staff that has an overall record of "23 wins, 10 losses" (10-2, 9-3, 4-5) over the last 3 seasons we've played. not to mention years served on coach broadway's staff winning even more championships plus wins over app state, unc charlotte, and kent state. now, i'm not gonna sit here and say that i'm very pleased with our performance this season. but at the same time, i see no reason to "panic" and start firing coaches. if there's no sign of improvement next season and our record is worse off, then maybe we can have that discussion at the end of next season. but right now, "hands off" of our coaching staff unless coach washington "himself" decides to make adjustments to his staff. it ain't easy to stay on top, everybody is giving you their "best shot" every week. even clemson had to take a step back this season. it happens. nobody stays on top forever... Fire? Did I say that? I don't think so. However, our coaches definite need to step up their game (coaching IQ)!!

It is criminal how little we have developed Ifedi as a passer since he arrived here. The kid threw for over 4,000 yards in high school. There is talent there to work with. I TOTALLY AGREE!!!!

We should play Zach Yeager next week. Let him start. Hell what do we have to loose. It's an early audition for next year. He won't loose his redshirt either. I agree Why is everyone so down on Ifedi? I thought he played pretty well, given his lack of playing time. With more QB time on the field, and confidence building that goes with that, he'll do just find, I think. So, I hope for our last game of the season, Ifedi gets to start, and gets support from our fans and his teammates!

This was an excellent analysis, especially this part: "There are some other important details I think should be considered on the short list going forward with this staff and the program in general as this season begins to wind down. Coach Washington needs to not only convey a very clear and distinct statement of who and what he wants his team to be about but have those really tough discussions and make the tough decisions as to whether the current path is the right one and does he have the right people in place to get the program back to where it needs to be. Those are questions that will have to be asked and answered in 2022. The entire A&T athletic/football brain trust must have a clear understanding of what failed them in 2021 and be brutally honest and mindful in assessing its own strengths and weaknesses of the football program in evaluating this first season in the Big South. Year 2 cannot be another one of ambiguity but need to be one of clear cut progress. Anything short of that will then be unacceptable." The question is, does Mr. Washington have the fortitude & wherewithal to do this? As I've said, I do not wish to see anyone lose a job nor have their livelihood compromised, but some tough conversations must occur. If those convos don't occur from Martin to Hilton, from Hilton to Washington, from Washington to his OC, OL coach, & DB coach & from Washington to his players, nothing will change. If things don't change, we will see Aggies express their displeasure with their absence in the stands, & that ain't good on any level. Very well said!!
