We need to get a panel of "elder" Aggies who have been witnesses to Aggie Athletics for at least 40 years to chime in on this discussion. One person that I'm going to try to get up with later today is MISTER "B" (Tom Bynum). I have two others in mind. If you talk to Brother Bynum ask him about Gene Cambridge, Joe Taylor, Dickie Westmoeland, Cornell Gordon #11 (from the Tidewater area) he played DB for the Jets and was on the only Jet Supa Bowl team. Gordon was at the last homecoming. He was a QB but ran the like Tony Dorsett. Don't let anyone fool you A&T has had sum thoroughbreds on da yard!

You could also put Frank "Franko" Scott on the list of very good RB's. He was in the same backfield with Ron Scott. If Frank Scott had not been injured he would have been mention with the best. You're right about both of them. Hell of a tandem. 6'2, 210 Franko and 6'2 225 Ron in the backfield together was a tough combination.

Cornell Gordon was one of the best QB's we have had here at the "T". He was more of a runner but was a good enough passer. Cornell has been coming back for homecoming for about the last 10 years or more, and he always wears his super bowl ring. Another RB that I felt was really good was Thomas Murphy. He was in the same backfield with Rags.
