In the long history of A&T football since 1924, A&T had never gone winless in a season until 2006 and only once has A&T won only one game, in 1944. Just think A&T is even money and worst to go winless again.
There are only two teams on A&T's upcoming season schedule that the Aggies have a fighter's chance of winning. They are Prarie View and Howard University and Prarie View could be looking like the favorite by Labor Day.

prarie view was 5-6 last season with some very close loses that prevented them from finnishing over .500.... we were 0-11 with all lopsided losses.... doesn't look too encouraging to me.....

AggieJazz normally I don't agree with your comments but today is a new day.
We have to look at teams that is in the same boat we are in. I don't think we are at the point where we can realistically get wins from Hampton,SC or Deleware etc but I am hoping the score is not a blow out.
But my outlook is a little different its not about WIN/Losses
1. Are we putting ourselves in positions to win games in the 4th Qt.
2. QB: Have the stats improve with our QB IE Passing,Screen Plays,TE Passing, Getting more First Downs than last year. QB playing with lots of confidence especially in the red zone. Improve on Scoring in the red zone.
3. RB,FB,HB Have our running game improve. Can we get a RB who can Ave 100yards a game. Have they improve on catching the ball on a wide out call.
4. OL: Dam can they stop getting push around every game. Open Hole. Our Running Block was terrible last. Improve on our Pass Block
I have more but I am tired of typing. Maybe someone can talk about our Defense improvements.

Let me first say that I am new to AGGIELAND. I will be a full supporter and Fobbs backer. I know that the team will be much better than last season. Not as many injuries would help too. I am in New Orleans and I plan to travel to see them play a lot this year. They have a new player that will probably be the next Aggie drafted... My Nephew... A 6-0 235 lb. Linebacker Robert Russell... A transfer from Ole Miss. He was a backup to Patrick Willis the last 2 years. 1st Round draft pick Patrick Willis. He was slated to be the starter, but had a run in with some coaches and got suspended. Now he is an AGGIE. He is the real deal. One player can make a difference if he has the desire to be the leader on the field that A&T was missing. The D" will be ready to work. Robert is a leader. A 6 win season is not out of reach..!!! You heard it here first!

Coach Fobbs... He just told Rob that his defense needed and idenity. You will see "Big Rob" doing his thing come football season, and you will know just what coach Fobbs meant. He evn had offers to Louisville and Mich. State. But he did not want to sit out a year. Southern, Grambling, even App state came calling, but Rob loved A&T so he decided it was the place for him. Coach Adams will make sure he has the defense right.
I remember what Coach Fobbs from Nicholls State. He is a great man.. He will do wonders now that he has his full staff.

Watch out, coachmike. Saying anything positive about Fobbs or Dee Todd around here is like admitting you voted for George W.
People on this board hate them like British people hate toothpaste.

Well I don't know how you do it there.. But we always support our own. Big Rob was a steal for A&T. You all got a HELL of a player and a great kid too. I have never met Ms. Dodd but she will meet my brother, he does not bite his tongue. Rob Russell's father..
Mike Anderson.. I promise you, she will know who he is... SOON!
So let's stop placing blame, and get to supporting the kids..!
